Didn’t have the equipment I requested, truck passenger side rear view mirror was broken. It had tap holding it together. The inside looked like someone spilled food all over and didn’t do a good job cleaning it up. Some spots where sticky.I put gas in it before returning it and still got charged for gas when the tank was full, and the Lobby was covered in bird droppings.

jose lMake sure equipment is there at the facility.. whent to the one on Commerce and said couldnt rent because there system was down.. that was pretty petty..drove al the way over there to tell me they couldnt rent it after i had reserved equipment 5 minutes ahead..

Andrew SI had an absolute nightmare of experiences with this location honestly. The renting agent has to pull the truck out for you because the parking situation is abysmal. It is not a public space appropriate for the storage of this size of vehicle. And so in order to return the vehicle you have to block three lanes of traffic on a main Street and pull in with inches to spare and no way to do it without committing an illegal act. I was completely shaken by the experience I would never rent from this place again and in fact wish to speak with somebody at corporate about my experience. It is that level of inappropriate and horrifying.

Jeronimo OI was charged more mileage than I actually drove. The guy that lend the U-Haul to me showed me the truck but not the mileage, I didn't think about it then. Upon returning the U-Haul he checked the truck and asked me to verify the mileage. Why didn't he do that initially? He says I drove 18 miles but I was local no more than 8 miles. This place is a rip off.

Christian HThe area was really tight space to get in and out of but the employees were nice and accommodating. However, the website offered phone check-in but this location apparently does not support that feature. When reviewing the vehicle, I noticed that the vehicle-condition report was pre-populated with images of another vehicle from a different state (there was snow on the floor). I made sure to reupload current ones since I didn't feel it was appropriate that images were provided for me. All in all, I did have a pleasant experience renting here.

JOHNJR AWell organized. Easy renting and returning. Very responsible. Pulled the truck out for me without me asking, because it was a tight space and I was a little worried I might scratch the truck. Things need to mention: 1 No on site customer parking. 2 it's either no insurance or 25 dollar full coverage with 150 deductible. Both were not a problem for me since I read the notes of this location's webpage and brought my wife as second driver, and I am not familiar with the truck and would rather have full coverage.
