Jason SAuto transport was in excellent condition and ready to go. (Jean?) who checked the trailer out carefully checked my truck, hitch, lights and associated equipment and explained operation of the transport. All questions were answered courteously and completely even though my check out made her late for lunch.

Lynn CWorst uhaul experience I have ever had. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Had to switch moving trucks 3 times due to dead batteries, dirty trucks and hardly any gas in the vehicles. No moving blankets and you have to pay to use a dolly. Do not go here.
Mathew PJean went out of her way to help make our return less stressful. The mileage on the truck did not match the contract and she made it right and not complicated.

MARTHA MThe trailer I rented was in good condition and cleaned up. The problem was with the lights - even though they turned on - the signal lights wouldn’t work and neither woul the brake lights or the reverse lights. I didn’t have any problems because I used back roads for moving.

Lino LI do not fault the location itself. UHaul messed up several times that I can see. The location that I reserved the trailer at did not have the trailer when I arrived. Then I was sent to another location . This location had the trailer, however we had a terrible time trying to get it to tighten to my hitch. So maybe a maintenance issue. The lady did make a comment that there was already a reservation for that trailer. Again, UHaul messed this up.

luis mThe U-Haul "Auto Transport" chains were heavily soiled in a petroleum product so any contact with the chains transferred some of this oil to hands. After loading the vehicle, I noticed a U-Haul "Auto Transport" tire was flat. Suggestion: keep some degreaser around to spray on the chains. Overall, friendly and helpful staff and I was able to rent what I needed.
