Over all i found the uhaul experience very easy to book and the service very friendly. I would definately use it again. What i found from my own experience as i am not an expert at loading if i had 2-3 cargo nets would help secure the load better and a bar that reached across the whole truck to hang clothing on would be ideal. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Liz had some issues with the U-Haul system and did everything she could to get me out the door promptly. Thank you, Liz. The trailer had not been swept out so there was glass, dirt, and a broken strap inside. Also, the door was binding and needed servicing. Once again everyone I met was kind friendly and very helpful. from pick up to drop off. I will highly recommend this location and already have. Cheers, JanJanice S.
You can't improve this location, its already fantastic. This location has friendly and responsive employees. Compared to the Oshawa location, this one is SO much better. I wish all your locations were as great as the Browns Towing location.Charise S.

review doesnt mention experience overall. over 48 minutes on hold trying to drop off truck because of app. then hung up because apparently there were issues with your phone line. then another half hour on hold to get checked in. charged 20 dollars for after hours drop off when this facility wasnt even open on Sundays.and I was expected to do a self check in. the App to "locate me" to make sure I was at right facility is ridiculous. I would have to be an IT expert.FRANCINEE S.

Was late due to major traffic on hwy. Liz at browns towing called me various times from her personal phone and when I spoke to her at 5:45pm, she told me that I was ruining her night and she would charge me extra just because I cannot control traffic on the 401. Liz was late coming to work and we didn't get the truck until she got in which was 45 minutes later than we had reserved it. Liz said to get the truck back fast at which time I told her I wasn't going to speed to get there and she was aware the entire time that the location was 2hrs away from browns towing. I will be contacting uhaul further regarding the additional charges as I do not agree with them and not sure why it's okay for her to be very rude and harrassing by calling me a ton of times.Tanya L.
I was told truck full (gas) so went 2km to gas station, fiiled it (took $26.46) and kept receipt. Dropped it off full in Pembroke and SHOULD have had the 26.46 as a credit but did not. Ended up paying $17(and change) for over kms. The extra gas I paid for was not applied which is disappointing as I paid almost $500 altogether for the truck 😒Lori R.
I returned the equipment after hours. I used the Uhaul app to complete the return. I could not attached a photo as instructed. I called the toll free number under Contact Us. Talked to a nice lady who verified my phone setting but still could not attach a photo. I was instructed to to use the Uhaul website instead and that worked.Bernard C.
