The locations and service was acceptable...The people have other jobs and it makes it tougher for them to help you but they were very nice. We went to one location to sign up but had to pick up at a different location..Zack was especially helpful in our initial contact and Christian was very helpful and connected the trailer at the pick-up location.

REPLACE DROP BOX AS IT WAS COMPLETELY OPENED UP/BROKEN AND I HAVE TO HOLD THE KEY OVERNIGHT AND TURN IT WHEN THE STORE OPENS UP

"Office" is an old trailer looking moldered and stores old stuff that has nothing to do with rental business. Person in charge was very friendly.

You can improve by ensuring that the first location where a customer has reserved a truck is actually open when the customer gets there to get his truck. When I got there (10 Garrison Branch Rd., Weaverville, NC), there was a hand-written note on the door stating “Closed for the day. Sorry for the inconvenience.” The U-Haul reservation office was able to direct me a nearby location where a truck was available, but it added time and inconvenience to the move I had to make. Also, my final invoice shows a charge for “SafeMove coverage”. I was never asked about SafeMove coverage and, had I been, I would not have accepted it. How do I now receive an after-the-fact refund for coverage I didn’t request or agree to?

No one was there during my scheduled pick up time, so I had to leave and return 2 hours later when he finally showed up. On my drop off day, he said return the trailer any time. He wasn't there and did not answer his phone. The location was inside an old storage shed. They also didn't have the trailer I ordered online (even though it said it was available online) so I had to get a smaller size for the same price.

The fact that you barely gave me enough mileage to get from my move site to my arrival site charged me $185 for a $39 truck per day plus an additional $40 in mileage as a result . I will either use rider or Penske from now on
