Location in bad location, parking was tight and trucks just parked anywhere. Very hectic, one person working, taking care of customers buying gas, food, etc and also taking care of rental stuff. Second person showed up to help on counter after 20 minutes. Person helping me was nice, just too busy.

I injured my hip removing the trailer from the hitch on my truck. Trailer tongue Jacks really need to be installed to make it easier to remove the trailer from the tow vehicle. I am now using a cane to help me walk until I go to the doctor. The people I dealt with were spot on with customer service.

Waited for the truck for 5 hours, beyond dirty inside. Food, trash, cake bottles, cigarette butts and boxes, smelled horrible. Gas completely empty. Had to buy a gas cap for this truck cause it was locked and the person who used it last came to take it off. After waiting for 5 hours for this truck U-Haul cancelled our reservation and took us another hour to redo. $500 was not worth this what so ever!

Was told when I arrived that the vehicle was unavailable because their system was down. But as soon as I called U-Haul for them to speak to the attendant his system came back up.

I was charged for blankets and an appliance dolly. I received neither. Your customer service told me to drive 30 minutes out of my way and get them from a different location. What a joke

Total joke. Clerk was more interested in walk-in customers. The truck gas tank was empty and had no gas cap. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CONTACT ME.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul. When I dropped of the first truck the yelled at me and told me I was going to be charged because it wasn’t suppose to be dropped off there. Even though I had talked with a customer care representative and they are the ones that told me to take it there. Then they demanded that I go take a picture of the dash for the mileage and gas. The second I haul I picked up an dropped off there as well. And was told to do the same thing again. And to top it all off... I had to off load and drag the 2 Dolly’s across a parking lot to bring those in and a dozen blankets. And was told if I didn’t I would charges a cleaning fee!!!!

Manager was handling Convenience Store, Drive Through AND U-Haul counter. He was REALLY Stretched Thin, but did a "Masterful" job with Me and EVERYONE ELSE he assisted!!!! He did a GREAT JOB!!!!!!

Tow dolly brake lamp was out. I'd already waited an hour while store owner went back and forth waiting on customers. When we hooked up the trailer and found the light was out he directed me to the uhaul in Conroe to go get it fixed which is completely out of my way. I did not have time to go further south and hope that someone would get the light fixed in a timely manner. Returned it as it was the next day and told them they should call uhaul service to get someone to drive over and fix the lamp before renting it out again.

The young man told us we weren't supposed to return it there so we had to show him the text. He told us we had to repeat the truck to a more difficult area. Then made a point after it was parked that we left the window down. He was rude and offended. It was more important to be on his cell phone.

The tow dolly har tape holding on one light, which failed to hold during the course of the move. The help at Buddy's was perpetually distracted from his work at getting me checked out and struggled with forms. The fact that I had "pre checked out" did not matter to Buddy's, they had to ask everything again. It took longer than it should have.

I DID NOT HAVE MY APPLIANCE DOLLY AT TIME OF PICK UP, I HAD TO WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO GET ME ONE. OTHER THAN THAT, EXPERIENCE WAS FAST EASY AND CONVIENENT!

Absolutely the worse service at this location. We were called the day of our scheduled pickup and told to be there because the manager had a doctor's appointment at five. When I spoke to customer service they had advised they did not close until seven and we could pu until that time. When we returned the truck today...thank goodness we planned on returning early...the manager was not there...at the doctor's office again...there was one clerk try to assist all the customers in the store , besides the two that related to U haul rentals. We will rent again from U haul, but we will NEVER use this location...horrible service fir your company!!!

Everything wasvgreatbwhen i used app ... did all i was supose to then was told to go inside for key and the cashier would not give it to me it got very heated and after about 45 minutes he finnaly gave me key made me late to pick up stuff and cost me money and time the cashier was very rude and appnsaid if problem see cashier it should have had a number i could call for help

The drop off place was unbelievable. If I didn't have the address punched in my GPS, I don't know if I would have found it. The place is actually a small convenient store locate in town. Luckily I was stopped at a red light and my GPS said turn left and then the place would be on my right. While waiting for the light to turn green I kept looking across the street to see if I could find the place. All I could was the convenient store. Eventually I saw a small sign (similar to a campaign sign) stuck in the grass in the tree lawn mixed in with other signs. There were no other UHaul trucks anywhere to be found. I pulled into the convenient store parking lot and saw a small UHaul sign on the door window on the far left end of the building. The door is locked. I looked inside and it looks closed. Another sign on the window indicates to use the other door. I go down to the far right end of the front of the building and enter the convenient store. A gentleman behind the counter asks me if I was dropping the truck off and I said yes. He told me I could not park in the front and I had to pull around to the side of the building. I inquired where and eventually he had me park around to the right side of the building next to the dumpster. I did that and then he had me move the truck and re-park it. After parking he comes out of the building and tells me I couldn't drop the truck off at this location. He kept saying I had to go to the other UHaul place across town. he asked for my paperwork and I gave it to him and explained this was the location I was told to drop the truck off at. I asked about 4 or 5 times if their address ??? Street because that's where I was instructed to drop the truck off. He got on the phone called someone. (I think the owner of the convenient store - it was not UHaul). Only after he got off the phone did he confirm that this was ??? street and that I could drop the truck off their. I don't know how UHaul determines places to represent your Brand, but this should not be one of the places. Again this process took about 30 minutes.

Not give the customer the run around. I was told I couldn’t have a U-Haul at one place then went to another that I was sent to. They didn’t have any trucks. I was then sent back to the location I started at. Which I still had a hard time getting a truck.

Only issue i had was the extra charge for mileage. Wasn't the stores fault but I requested to pick up a truck close to my home near downtown Houston. Because one wasn't available I had to pick up a truck much farther away. As a result I was charged for extra mileage.
