I reserved a vehicle for pickup in Jacksonville, Illinois about 1 month ahead of time. 2 days before pickup I received a call saying that there were no vehicles available at the location, and that I'd have to pick up a vehicle in a different town 40 minutes away. This was a major inconvenience. Why can't uhaul honor reservations and ensure the availability of a vehicle after they agree to do so? If the reserved vehicle will be unavailable, why can't uhaul provide me more than 48 hours notice? I wasn't able to adjust my plans. Very unsatisfied with the experience and will look for a vendor/renter that I can trust in the future.MARGARET C.
Had pre ordered truck... but was there close to 45 min trying to get the truck. The people spoke very poor English and was having trouble with the card I had ordered with. After about 4-5 phone calls to various people finally was able to get the card to work.TOBY B.

You should clearly tell people on the website that you have to drive to the location that has your equipment. We didn't know until 2 days before that we would have to drive about an hour to pick up the equipment.Jonathan T.

Not pick up locations fault but we had to drive 40 minutes one way (1 Hour and 20 minutes total) because our hometown location for some reason couldn't get a truck. Even though they let me know 5 days before pickup. Not for sure why they couldn't have gone and picked up truck so we didn't have to make the extra trip to go get.Brett R.

The reps barely spoke English. I picked the dolley up in Bardstown IL to go to Republic Missouri. Seemed to be a huge misunderstanding with them that I was not bringing it back there.Daniel G.
