Darryl OTire was flat. Steering wheel a cruddy mess, i was charged way too muxh. $19,99 to move a bed for 30 minutes, 15 miles and was cgarged $95..... Just makes no sense... no one has a heart anymore... and on christmas ....

Stephen BThe Prescott location was supposed to have a truck because I received a quote that said it was good for 48 hours and it had only been 24 but when I arrived they did not. I had to pay an extra $40 for gas in order to get a truck from Prescott Valley. I requested to return the truck to Prescott because it's right next to my house and would have saved me a lot in gas but I was told by your traffic department no and that I would have to pay some sort of exorbitant fee for returning it to the wrong location. Considering the Prescott location was supposed to have the truck in the first place I find this really unprofessional. I will say however that the Prescott location manager tried to help me indeed have a genuine concern. His traffic department however called me back and did not seem interested in retaining me as a customer or helping me in any way. It's sad that the manager is not supported by corporate in that respect.

Linda Bupon arriving at facility - it was very apparent that the lady helping me was in a hurry to get to lunch. Another lady who was working offered several times to help me with a reply of "no, I have it" truck was not ready or out front of facility. The lady that was not helping me kept trying to help me and make suggestions to the lady that was helping me by telling her that a truck was out front and ready to go. upon getting in truck and putting it in gear - truck engine light was on. went back into office and had to start procedure all over. The replacement truck that was given to me was an older truck with 93000 miles on it and it ran very rough.

Linda GThe office we rented from is also a self storage facility. My biggest issue was that I reserved the vehicle in Dewey AZ and due to not having a vehicle at that location I was sent 10 miles away. By being sent another 10 miles out of the way it resulted in extra mileage added.
WIlliam LOnline incapabilities cuz the only thing you should have to put in there or your confirmation number and it should have spit out a code key.instead it took us over an hour to check out a truck. Pathetic

COLBY MThe online 24/7 check-in process was definitely not the easiest experience for me. I'm 34 and pretty good at things like that. I finally figured out the issue once we got me manually checked in, by the front desk.

Cynthia BI asked them to check the windshield wipers before I took the truck. It was storming, and in Arizona this time of years that is flash floods and microbursts. The windshield wipers were horrible. I had to put one on myself before I left town.

Gil LThere was no one at the office when I turned in my truck. The office said it was open but door was locked and no one was in sight. Left the keys and the contract in the drop box. Had to call the main uhaul number to find out what to do. It seems that the office is inadequately staffed.
George HI was sent to a location that did not have a 20' truck. Sent to another location that did not know who i was and unable to find my reservation number. He had to call dispatch to find out that I had to go to a third location to get the truck. A person there said that my driver's license was not entered into the system and had trouble doing it manually. I told the person that I would be only a couple of hours and the truck would be back. That was 11:00 am The truck and I were back at 1:05 and there was a sign on the door that they would be at lunch until 2:10 PM which by the way the person that issued the truck never mentioned that they would be closed for lunch. Waited an hour to be told that I did not park the truck back where I got it, after they had told me to pull into the area where I parked the truck. Noncaring individuals that could give a damn if you got the truck or not. Incompetent at every level
Robert GInstead of asking me told take a picture of the gas gauge the woman in the office should come outside instead and see it for herself. I don't know why it feels like I'm working for Uhaul but it does... She wasn't busy either... I'm starting to see a pattern.
DAVID DWindshield very dirty and washers inoperable. The steering was sloppy and seems to need repairs.
Chris SPlease clean the windows, bugs everywhere. Apparently the previous renter had a dog, hair in the cab and in the box.
Timothy TI brought my rental early as asked. The office was closed. I was not told where to park or where to leave key. The office opened and I was taken care of. Still, odd parking to leave a large truck. Better to go elsewhere.

Todd WI will not use Uhaul again! The place I rented from was awesome. The lady was helpful, kind, and friendlay. But Uhaul, in their greed, charged me 3days rental for 6 hours of actual use. Even after the truck was signed in as RETURNED on time. I am not going to fight the extracost (Not worth my time to tell you the truth) but I will definitely use other rental services from now on. I know one costomer means nothing to business (Especially in these times), but I have the choice to use businesses who actually need my business and value costomer service over making the most they possibly can. Uhaul got their money but lost multiple future rentals from me, my family, and as many people as I can convince. The way of the world these days! Sad!!!!
