Great experience! Got my hitch installed by Tom and was able to drive with a trailer long distance for my move and was a fantastic, efficient and cost effective experience. Tom was extremely helpful, allayed my fears of driving a trailer and helped with every step of this process. I also dropped my trailer and 2 U-Haul trucks off when I was done. Highly recommended!

The truck's seat reeked of pee from either human or dog. The scent was so bad that it infused into our clothes. The owner did nothing with our complaint. Since it is winter time, we didnt think anything of it when first sitting in the truck, but after 10 to 15 minutes after the truck's interior heated up, it got nauseating. I am hoping the scent comes out of our clothes!

Everything went well at the drop off site. I was informed that I exceeded the mileage. I was originally told by your customer service representative that I would be dropping off in Mayfield, which was alot closer to Edinburg. I also at that time had no record of the agreement showing anything regarding mileage. It is a rural area and texts and emails are sporadic.
