When we went to checkout, it seemed to be an inconvenience to the lady. She was very upset that she had to look at the unit. The way she was talking was rude and not necessary. Despite no refund for the 6 days, this person’s attitude is cause not to return nor recommend

The staff was incredibly rude and confrontational without provocation; Simple and reasonable questions would be answered with hostility and attitude. An online system would add additional convenience and closing the gate would enhance security.
