Highly recommended!!!! Office team was wonderful especially Suzette! Had my unit for 5 years, never had any problems. Will definitely use them again!!! Very clean, very convenient!!
PETRINA GREEN | Overall ExperienceHave the clerk arrive on time (she was 25 minutes late), make sure that the van is maintained (the check tire light came on as soon as I started the engine) and make sure that the clerk can read a fuel gauge (I was charged for fuel when I had filled the vehicle to a higher level than when I had picked it up)
Joanne DillmanWas charged a ridiculous amount of $150 for 4 hours and sent a receipt and I thought that would be the end of it only to be charged more. Has was where it was when picked up. Basically just stole money out of my account without permission or reason. Going with budget from now on at least they are reasonable with pricing.

Timothy Holt | Overall ExperienceGreat facility and awesome staff made our stotage rental easy. However, there was a large amount of white powder, which looked like flour but was probably some sort of pesticide, sprinkled all the way around the entire inside perimeter of our unit. I have no idea what the powder was, we were not told about this prior to rental. We had to put down blankets to protect our stuff and to keep it from going airborne or getting on our shoes, and when we moved out I had to throw all the blankets away. I don’t have a problem with the rodent bait cubes placed in the corners, but the powder definitely affected our use of the unit and I'm concerned about what it was. There has to be a better way to control pests, and if not, it should be disclosed prior to rental.

I have moved 5 times in last 4 years and always chose uhaul. This was my worst experience. I tried calling and was transfered multiple times to different people and noone was helpful. The place we picked up from she was very nice but as for customer service it was horrible. Yes I got an40 cent a mike discount but I feel more should have been done considering how much out of my way I had to travel.

You don’t seem to care about the inconvenience you cause - my cost for a ride there, your lost sale of a tow bar hitch and ball, and my lost time because of the extra time it ended up raining which delayed my loading so I got to my destination at 1:30am that evening...
Walter ZaharchukThis is where I was sent for my truck bc the location i preferred (even though I had reserved online over a week prior) wasn't going to have the size truck I needed. I was told I'd be given extra. I leave to accommodate but what I was NOT told is that they'd charge me an extra 50$. Not impressed. Not sure I'll ever use Uhaul again after that stunt.

If I didn't I would have driven two hours for no reason as there weren't other trucks available. Overall experience was great a do would recommend.

CHARLES WARDWe dropped the truck after hours without a problem. My husband needed to talk to someone the next day after we dropped the truck and the women at the Schnecksville location was very nice on the phone.
Laurie StrassmanI don't like to get a short notice, in one hour to pick-up time, saying pick-up location has to be changed to 20 min away. I made the reservation 4 days ago and the confirmation said the original pick-up location was guaranteed. Although the rate is 50% off, the move time doubles ! This is an unpleasant experience although the person in independent drive was nice.
Adrian NiThe Oil change light was lit. The worker didn't seem to care. When driving on the highway, if you hit a bump in the road, the ABS light came on. When we got to our new house, the interior light of the moving truck didn't work.

Privacy Request | First Impressionstruck was in excellent mech. condition and drove and handled great. When we left the sun was to my lefthand, I never noticed a film on the inside of the windshield. I was on I78 heading west. The sun started to set and the sun caused the film on the inside of the windshield to make seeing the road almost impossible. We had to pull off and go to a gas station and clean the inside of the truck windshield . My brother and I are greatly disappointed in UHaul.

Privacy Request | First ImpressionsThe place smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I had to wait over an hour for computer problems, maintenance, and printer issues. He had to call the Uhaul company and have my receipt faxed to the store so I could have a copy. My advice- pick a new location. I would rather go with a different rental company than go back here.

James SkinnerThis comment is for uhaul in general. For a one way rental I am a little dissapointed in the amount of miles you give. There is no way a person can stay under the number of miles given especially if say they had to go to a storage unit or their home. The number of miles might be fine if you are going straight from one rental company to another but that is not usually the case. What do u do if you have to go to a storage unit or to your home. Just trying to make a buck I guess.
JOANNA MILLERThe company I rented from was great!! I think it's a shame that U-Haul changed the price and charge by the mile now AND you still have to fuel the truck. I think this is sort of a rip off. I rented the UHAUL for 2 hours to move a couch and it cost me 35.00 in milage alone. Raise the rental price and drop the milage charge for under 50 milies.
lauren gassGive Bob the training he needs so he won't look like an idiot to the customer!!! It took us over an hour to get a truck because he was not properly trained on the computer! Even the person he called for help from Budget rental could not help him, and we had to talk on the phone to someone from Uhaul. Bob is a great guy and acted as professionally as he could given the circumstances- we really felt sorry for him because he was trying to help us the best he knew how!!! There is nothing worse than getting a new job and not being properly trained. Shame on YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!
Margaret LaxsonI spent time entering all the credit card information online, and then when I got to the place for pickup, they needed to have it called in over the phone all over again. I don't think I'll rent the van we use for my store there again, it was more of a hassle than the convenience I was looking for. The gentleman who helped us was very nice, but I'm not comfortable giving out a work credit card over the phone like that. I reserved online on purpose. Thank you.

Privacy Request | First ImpressionsI was confirmed with a 17 ft truck. Then they gave it to someone else. So I had to have a 14'ft truck. Truck had 1/8 tank of gas. Everything was charged doubled. He rang me up as if I was returning the truck there when I clearly wanted a one way rental. I had to do alot of extra work to do on my end and was not accomodated by u-haul. I will never use uahul again because I was not compensated at all. I would suggest a better communication system between the locations and the main center where everything is scheduled. Also, the guy at this location told me to call uhaul to try to get everything fixed. I felt that they should have done that for me. Please call me if you would like further explanation or advice. 6107462116
