A few issues: 1. I had asked for an appliance dolly but there wasn't one available yet I was still charged for the appliance dolly. 2. I called early AM before my truck was due back and asked if it was ok that I'd be running late because I didn't want to be charged a second day. The woman I talked to confirmed it was okay and there were no issues. The young man there when I returned the truck ended up having me pay for 2 days anyway. I would have pressed to get the truck back earlier had I known I'd be charged despite my guarantee I wouldn't be. 3. There were no straps in the truck. Every truck I've rented has had the straps supplied for safety. Overall disappointment on the personal end. The truck itself was maintained nicely and smelled good.

There was nothing wrong with the location, the problem was the online reservation then three calls to customer service only to get to the location and nothing was correct. Nothing about this proceeds was smooth or easy I would not recommend uhaul to anyone and will avoid using services again at all costs

Drivers door needs adjustment...needed to be slammed in order to be shut tightly. I forgot to mention this to the manager when I returned the truck. Great service however!!!

This location was more than 15 miles out of the way from my contract's initial pick-up site. I understand that Buds didn't make this happen, and the staff there were excellent, but this tarnished my U-Haul experience.

The trailer was parked in the middle of a large deep puddle that I had to wade through to hookup the trailer. When I arrived at my destination with the trailer, the inside was extremely wet and dirty. After I had transported my belongings in the trailer I realized that the trailer must have had major leaks as my belongings, including an expensive mattress and a dresser that was made for me by my now deceased grandfather, were soaked (it was raining during transit.)

We made this reservation over a month ago. It was confirmed on Friday that our truck would be ready on 10/29/2018 to be picked up at 8AM. At 7:00AM we received a phone call that the truck was not available and we had to travel over an hour away to pick a at a different address.

I would love to thank the 2 women who were working and servicing me. This was my first time renting a UHaul and they were very kind and explained everything well. And because my fiancé helped me fill up the tank, she filled it completely full but we were told to just fill to what the amount was when we received the uhaul truck and they took $20 off the bill because we filled it up completely! Again, thank you so very much! When I need to more again I will be using uhaul and this location.

Make sure the unit is cleaned and all hinges are lubed. Not a problem for me since I can take care of that but someone else might not be able to. I will keep getting rentals from Bud's. Great people.

Unfortunately the last two times I rented a trailer I haven't been able to get my preferred pickup location, so I've had to drive a lot further than I wanted to pick up the trailer. Other than that, it's been great! I've had no problems.

I was charged for things that I did not order. They had only 5 pads, not the 24 I requested, they charged me for an extra night, and U-Haul corporate only reimbursed me for the missing dolly and pads. Really? I'll never recommend U-Haul to anyone, ever, anywhere because of this experience. Totally bad.

The vehicle was swept clean, but it was very dated with air conditioning only working marginal. Newer vehicles of same size were noticed at all other locations.

I made online reservation for 11:30am I called the day before to confirm and was told the trailer wouldn’t be available till 2pm. I should’ve been notified this when making my reservation

This was a great place, the people at this location were very helpful. BUT when we reserved the u-haul in March ( 3 months ago) it was to be in Stevens Point where we were moving from not 30 miles away in Wisconsin Rapids. You would think that when you reserve a trailer 3 months in advance that it would be there and not 30 miles away! very disappointed in the company, but not the people where I picked it up they were great.

The person who attached the trailer to my truck made me wait 45 minutes (the location was short staffed) until they came out to assist me. It was very cold out and the woman was not wearing any gloves, making it difficult for her to attach the trailer. She did not do any double checks to ensure the equipment was properly attached. Once I drove 2 minutes down the road, I realized the trailer was no longer attached properly, as it was loosely swerving uncontrollably! Luckily I stopped immediately and checked the trailer to find that it was only held on by 1 of the safety chains. It appeared that the woman never screwed down the trailer. Once I returned home and called back to Bud's Cornermart to inform them of the issue, the store Manager (a different woman) proceeded to say it was my fault and that their employees shouldn't have helped me in the first place to attach it (and that they are not liable for this kind of an error). She also told me I should have brought someone else to hook it up if I didn't know how. I found her attitude very defensive and accusatory to me the customer, even though it was her employee who hooked the trailer up. I requested to speak to the store owner, however the manager refused to give me his contact information. I will never do business from this locaiton again.

He was argumentative and rude.The truck had pine needles and dirt in the loading bed. I have used U-haul quite often for my college student and local moves and never send me to Buds Mart again or I will find and carrier.

There is still a $260 hold on the credit card that I used to book the uhaul and it's been 17 days since I have returned the truck and paid for the entire rental in cash. Please rectify this situation for me

I am never using Uhaul again. The last 2 times I contracted with Uhaul I was given "guarantees" both verbally and via email that I would have a truck waiting for me at my desired location. Both times I went to pick up my truck and there was NOTHING there! Guarantees are only as good as the institutions giving them, and it is safe to say that guarantees from Uhaul do not mean a thing. They have lost a customer for life. To all potential Uhaul customers: beware of meaningless guarantees and think twice before using Uhaul.
