got to the location he could not find the keys very sketchy location then could not find tablet this process usually takes about 30 minutes I was at this location for an hour and thirty minutes never at this location again Richie is a joke

James MThe location was closed during regular business hours. There was a hand written sign on the door that said would return in several days. The location was very chunky and disorderly. The lot was dirty and full of trash.

I was told I keep it till 3:30 the next day but he ordered me to have it back at this 3: 3o. I do not recommend them.
Michael BThis is a busy C store and not a uhaul store. They don’t give you any paperwork as do the other locations, everything is through email. They ran our credit card 5 times incorrectly (used the wrong address )and froze our bank account. Terrible experience.

Jamiel JI arrived only to be told my reservation was cancelled. I didn't cancel it - they did! When they rebooked it, they tried to force me to purchase upsales, which they relented on, but these were things that I'd declined when I made the reservation. "Rebooking" also took nearly a half hour, making the entire process far too slow. In the end, although it took too long, I got the exact rental at the same price as the original reservation.

William ONeeds to be on time, making sure all numbers on the odometer are correct, had I not checked I would have been overcharged by 60 miles. Not a happy camper.

Zeandre Jwas not told insurance was being added to bill for $ 25.00 dollars. MY auto insurance covers towing a trailer. Dealer did transaction on I phone -so I had no paper receipt. did not know about insurance charge until I got home and looked at my e mail . not happy about that charge

Richard CLocation was fine. However once again I had a reservation for a 10 ft box truck and there was no 10 ft truck there. Had to get a more expensive 15 ft truck. Not happy that this happened, but I still needed a truck, so I got the 15ft.

David SWe returned the truck with the proper gas in it and told the lady there it was good. However, when I received my bill I noticed they charged me additional for gas. No one was there to check us in, nor check the truck behind us. We trusted her; however, no one was around to monitor the intake and she never came out with us to check.

Paul TThe trailer evidently had recap tires, and one of them delaminated as we were driving down the interstate at 70 miles an hour. Fortunately, my husband heard the rubber flapping and stopped before there was any serious damage to life, limb, and property--but he had to sit by the side of the highway in 90 degree heat waiting for an hour and a half for a tow truck to come replace the tire. UHaul did refund my charges fully, but I am still very disappointed that no one called or emailed to apologize to me (I requested a call), and that they would let a trailer go out with shoddy tires on it. Why would you put recaps on a commercially rented trailer?
