Never will rent from this pace again.. was charge for something i didn't ask for and was told he cannot refund it unless he started over and returned what he already charged to my card and swipe again. I told him not to because simply while moving no one wants a bunch of holds on their card. He is busy running his gas station all while talking to his family and customers. I feel that's how the mistake was made. Then it's COVID and NO ONE HAD A MASK ON. The trucks were visibly not clean. Next time I'll go to a real haul location

Customer service was terrible. Truck was nasty with broken pots in the box and cigarette ashes all over the dash and steering wheel, and trash on the floor. The trucks fuel level was also a quarter tank lower than they indicated which cost me about 10 dollars more than it should have in fuel because u-haul would have charged me had I not filled it back up to the level they wrote on the paper.

Employee at the location was great. Very professional and efficient while multi tasking and running a convenience store and gas station. For corporate: Not the location I reserved for pickup. Required Uber trip to pick up the Uhaul vehicle rather than walk down the street to the location closest to my home. Then I had to bring the vehicle back to the TN location rather than drop off again nearest my home resulting in another Uber trip.. Additionally, I had to go pick up and drop off the trailer in another state (MS) adding approximately 50 miles round trip to my per mile charges. Overall had about $60 worth of charges (mileage, 2 Uber trips) related to the pickup and drop off location due to misleading agreement online. Corporate should be aware that confirming a requested location and then on the day of moving changing that location is poor business practice. Especially when additional mileage charges are added due to lack of equipment previously reserved online and “checked out” online as well.

The truck was dirty from the last renter. Had trash in the truck that I had to clean up be fore using. I had reserved a appliance dolly which the location said they did not have and the location rental person told me I should have not checked in online because it made it hard for him. Plus never once said he was sorry for not having what I had reserved. Gave me the keys to the truck and said it was parked on the side. Never came and looked at the truck with me I had to look at the contract to find the equipment number to see which truck I had rented. And the truck was blocked in with another truck so I had to back it out by moving forward and backward for 20 minutes to get the equipment off the property. Plus at this location no employee was wear the mandatory face mask as local government has required. So overall I am very unsatisfied with this rental.
