I wasn't sure if I was at the right bldg to return the truck. The Burlington Auto Sales return desk was in the bldg with a Deery Auto sign on bldg. It did say Burl. Auto on the door once I got to the door. ( there was a sign by the road too.)

The problem was more with your website as opposed to their location. I have rented a truck two times in the last month. Both times the mobilE check in did not work properly. The sites were very helpful and accommodating.

Spilled pop on the console, cabin area not swept out. Auto Outlet itself wasn't too bad. The Uhaul website and call center was the problem. Why do you show a van available at a location when you know a delivery firm has it out and hasn't been in contact with you on the return? 30 minute waits on the 800# to get no assistance

Friendly service. However it was 104 degrees heat index and Air Conditioner didn't work at all. Check in went smooth. When picked up uhaul, it had less than 1/4 tank gas!! So frustrated. Then put in over a half tank and no credit when returned. Wasted money on this. I recommend these come with full tank so customers must return with full tank. Saves time for renters to!

My order was changed multiple times along with my reservation time without contacting me. I didn't receive the dolley or the couch-mattress pads that I ordered. Overall this stressed me out more than I needed it to.

I've complained before, and I still experience the same poor customer service. A customer should not have to hunt down their own uhaul in town because the employee on the phone tells them the nearest is an hour away. Then when confronted with the information blames the customer.

When I got there to rent the uhaul they said there was a half of tank of gas and they were automatically charging me for 15 miles they never said anything about putting gas into it so I got an extra charge. This should have been mentioned from the beginning.

The truck served my needs beautifully. I can think of 2 ways to improve for the next customer: Show the customer how the back door opens and how the ramp comes out and goes back in. The second thing would be to sweep out the back of the truck.

Most likely it is not the pick-up location's fault. It is U-Haul. I requested the trailer on line. A mistake. It was not available where I requested. The desired location was the one to tell me that after I made a phone call... No advance warning from U-Haul. Frustrating. Do not promise equipment online when you cannot deliver. Also, I requested 24 moving blankets. The pick-up location did not have any. I called the original pick-up location , and they had only 12. So, I made a trip there. Again, very frustrating, and as it turned out, I had some damage to my furniture because of rubbing/abrasions. The desired blankets would have prevented this.

Update your web sight. The web sight tells you that the truck is larger that it really is. You need to correct this because it caused problems with our move. We are using U-Haul again to move at the end of the month and I hope we do not have any problems then.

I don't need the uhaul guy to come out and hook up the trailer to my truck. I bought a truck to use it as a truck. I pull boats and jetskis and a car hauler all three time all over the place. I only rented your trailer because I needed a smaller trailer than I have. It was rather insulting to have some guy come out and try to put a trailer on MY truck.

I had used the online app to set up my pick up time. When I got there to do the pick up the app was clunky and would not let me log in. The gentleman in the office provided excellent customer service and had me on the road in no time. He was very polite and had everything ready for us. Overall it was an excellent experience. I would highly recommend spending the few extra dollars for the truck with the “EZ ramp.” Made things so simple!!

the Burlington location is great. uhaul the company sucks. we were supposed to get a truck in cedar rapids and had to drive two hours away to get truck with no reimbursement for the extra gas and time. I have rented from uhaul before and have never had such crappy service from the online order. Never again.

I was shocked this location was 2 hours from the preferred location which I understood would be the pickup location. I offered other option in more populated areas to find no trucks. In total I drove 4 hours out of my way and had additional gas costs.

We took a truck for over 1100 mile trip. The mileage was figured too close. We were not charged for the overage but we should have at least 50-100 miles to play with.

Equipment cleaned at time of rental. Truck inside was dirty - condition was not reviewed at time of pickup - I was charged at drop off location because dirty was not noted at time of pick up. Was given keys and told where truck was parked. See 'ya !!

Clean your stuff. Make sure there is no marijuana in the cab of the truck or cockroaches in the back of the truck. Look behind the seats for junk such as bottle water, pillows and other shit. That thinks was disgusting. Had to have the local police come and remove the marijuana from the cup holder before I could leave with the truck. Food all over the floor.

The trailer blew a fuze on my truck every time I backed up. I had to disconnect every time i backed. The back door flew open halfway through my trip. i solved the problem by putting a padlock on on the rear latch.

This location and service agents are always great. They tend to the needs of the customer with the highest level of service ever. I have used this U-Haul location several times for myself and family and would recommend always to anyone in need of the service.

I reserved a 15 ft. Truck and when i got to keokuk iowa where i was told to go to pick up my truck they informed me that their 15 ft. Was local only so they had no truck for me. They wanted me to drive over an 1 hour to pick up a 15 ft. Truck. I refused so they sent me 40 miles away to pick up a 10 ft truck with a trailer which ended up costing me much more gas expenses than i had planned. I dont believe that was fair to me. I didnt get what i reserved and it cost me more in the long run. Not a happy customer at all.

I waiting a Month and 3 days to get a rental truck and differently wasn't expecting to traveling a hour away to pickup this Uhaul Truck. This was so wrong f you company to do to me but I will not be use Uhaul again. I will for sure tell many people about this horrible experience with your company in hope they go with another truck company.

Have the size of trailer that you offer available, having to settle for smaller truck meant more trips, more gas, and more mileage charged.

You need to recommend an drop off dealer not a neighborhood one. The one you sent us to was closed down permanently. And Customer service gave us a run around. Till we found a proper dealer. Also the dealer apologized and were great. And told us we were lucky because our safety chains weren't attached. Thank God we had good weather. Will not do you haul again unless it's from a proper dealer.

The employee(man) that called me on Friday the date of pickup was rude to me on the phone. I did not realize our pickup time was 8. AM. I was with the understanding we had reserved it for the weekend and we could pick it up at our convenience. We have reserved two more dates with this location for dates this summer. We are a returning customer.

This doesn't have to do with the facility I picked my equipment up at, but has to do with the damage not being updated or annotated on the checklist. I tried to upload new photos to verify damage not previously noted and wasn't able to. Maybe a glitch within the application itself. Other than that, overall experience was excellent as always.

Pick up was in wrong city. 2 hours out of my way. Customer service was terrible, was on phone with them 4 times. Total 3.5 hours. Problem still not resolved. 24/7 online experience was abso-f***ing-lutely horrible. Went to drop off truck at location DURING business hours and all doors were locked, no one to be found. Called the number posted on door and it transferred me to a full voicemail box. I will NEVER recommend uhaul to anyone let alone use it again myself. I am completely disgusted with my experience.
