This location had a dirt path to go around. It had HUGE pot holes full of water to go through. It was difficult to find the main door to get help, but the employee did come out of the "house". He was very nice and friendly.
Betsy RDropped off after dark. Huge potholes and not well lit. Multiple businesses on property with large vehicles around. Sketchy area.

Albert TThis property is dark and the driveway is full of potholes that will be full of water after rain. I would never consider returning here at night. The operator of the property was nice and the trailer was in great condition. I would just choose a bigger uhaul location for my next rental.

ronald nTrailer was still filled with moving blankets. It also had spilled gasoline in it. I had to clean it with degreaser and air it out before I could begin using it. Wasted time that I paid for to clean it.

STEPHEN KWas a smaller location. No clear return area. But I was able to return my trailer after hours. Was easy to find and there was room for me to pull the trailer in and back it up. The location did not feel very safe or secure at night. The parking lot was very dark. I had no interaction with any staff. I cannot comment on their service.

Yadira GThe gentleman working there, possible the owner, is AMAZING, however, I initially turned around and went to a gas station to see if I could find slither location. The grass is very overgrown so it’s hard to see the UHAUL sign. When you turn into the property, the enter drive area is riddled with VERY deep potholes that were full of water so it’s impossible to know the depths and almost impossible to drive around them. The truck I received was raggedy, and that’s putting it VERY NICELY!! Ion starting the truck, it was so loud I could barely hear myself think!! The faster you drive, and it does NOT go over 40 mph, the LOUDER it got. I took a video if you would care to see it. Also, the engine light stayed on. I don’t know why the truck was so loud, I’m thinking a missing catalytic converter, but it should NOT be on the road!!!!
Renae BOwner was very nice and helpful. Had equipment ready but wasn’t a full tank so we had to get gas. That would be the only suggestion - to have the trucks filled up for the longer rentals. Thanks.

Darell MNo one was available at time location stated it was open for service. Phone number was to a personal phone and person that answered stated that we could unhitch the trailer ourselves if we wanted to leave it at this location because he wouldn’t be in until later…we went ahead and I hired the trailer and sent a picture and message to the person with verification that we dropped off..very unprofessional

The office was dirty, smelled of stale cigarettes, and littered with automobile parts and other random items. The location was filled with deep mud-filled potholes and extremely overgrown grass. My wife said that there was no way in hell she would feel safe renting from there alone.
Jason FThe car hauler I rented had 1st flat tire in 1st 2 hrs. Took it to uhaul. Took over 4 hrs for them to change tire. Woke up next morning to 2nd lat on different tire. Put air in it myself. Couple hrs later same tire flat. Took hauler back day early. Because didn't want to chance another problem. Tried to calluhaul totalk to someone about experience, was on hold twice tfor more than hr. Was told to go to live chat for quicker service. Hold ime the was almost hr. Finally got someone was told they would call me back with solution. No call back. RENT UHAU AT YOUR OWN RISK
