The pick up location was incorrect and is still incorrect. Wasted a few hours out of my day
Michael GNick was great and very helpful, an excellent U-Haul representative! What was lacking about the location is access - you need codes for entry and to obtain a key. This needs to be better explained in the online booking instructions or sent via a prompt email/text message.
Michael BI had to call Uhaul to get a gate code to get in. It took over an hour to get the gate code.
Bradley FHave an actual person there to help or clear location to find truck keys. There was no office or clear instruction to where the key box was. It was a tiny thing hidden on the gate that is easily missed. Also this online system was ridiculous with the lack of help or explanation as to what to do to return the truck. I returned the truck and headed back to my new place and then got an email saying "Enable your phone's location to prove you returned the truck" and had to drive all the way back.
