When I rented the 5X8' trailer, the agent told me that he would leave the drop off location open as there are four in Yuma, AZ. When i got to the drop off there was a drop-off location already defined 20 miles away from my house. This location was only 2.5 miles from my house. The representative went out of his way to make a phone call and allow me to leave trailer at his location. Hats off for going the extra mile.

I called 3 times before I rented and spoke with Lynette, Michael and another male. 3 times was told that the 39.95 was for 24 hours rental. Even while renting made sure that it was 24 hours. We rented at 6pm on 10/3 and brought truck back on 10/4 at 4.31. That's 22.5 hours! They charged me 2 days rent and 2 days insurance, just because an employee at this location did not put the right information in the system. I called Uhaul customer service, and they told me they can make a formal c?complaint, but it will rake 72 hours to get back to me. That's unacceptable!!! I could have easily rented from Budget or Penske, but chose Uhaul based on many prior experiences with a facility that knew what they were doing. This facility clearly does not! The times speak for themselves. We rented less than 24 hours! You already could not accommodate my original booking for a 10ft truck, not even a 15ft or 17ft truck. I was forced to rent a 20ft truck. I accepted that this would cost me at least $20 more, and even got the plus insurance. However, I DO NOT accept the charge for 2 days if we only rented it 22.5 hours. Your employee made a mistake, seems to me like it would be an easy fix. I'm extremely upset about this whole ordeal. You advertise rentals for 24 hours for 39.95, therefore, 22.5 hours is 1 day rental, not 2.

They changed the allowed mileage and charged us. They also claimed we did not fill the truck back up when we did.

fuck uhaul. this location does not accept cash, they overcharged for a “late return” when they cut our rental time short because it took an hour for them to even get a payment or start any paper work for us. my reservation was at 10am and i didn’t leave until 11am i never even started paper work until about 10:45. my rental was cut by a uhaul employee from 10 to 9 hours, it says it in the notes of the rental, they never called to confirm my reservation or to let us know that location doesn’t accept cash. never using uhaul again.

equipment was not working. I needed a receipt, they couldn't give me one. Asked to at least take a picture of the one on the computer. that didn't happen. after 30 minutes of working with the employees the manager came out and was very rude and disrespectful.
