The app is extremely frustrating. Didn’t work at pickup and didn’t work at drop off. Attendant barely spoke English. Warning on the van’s display that the tire pressure on the front left tire was low. Attendant said it’s been showing that warning for a while now and just ignored.

The app sucks. The location was able to help.
Stephen SVery disappointed. They charged us double because we were behind for two hours. We were supposedly bringing the truck at 4:30 but we were behind for almost two hours. When we returned the truck, the gentlemen at the counter said fhat there is somene that booked it at 4:30, waited for few minutes but he can not wait and left. I never thought right away that when we returned the truck they still have to inspect it, get the mileage, etceta… etceter, and it took us almost 25 minuts to wait, go back to the store and still have to do the paper work on his phone for another 15 minutes, so that means whoever booked the truck can not exactly get it at 4:30. In short, they charge you double if you are behind on scheduled time of retun.

Overall a not very smooth experience.

Kevin BGetting Key for the Vehicle took too long... the system (computer & software both) wasn't working when booking... so completed booking using my phone but then Agent didn't get update on order within his system ... again took too long. Overall wait time was close to 50 minutes. Similary, returning the vehicle wasn't smooth... same computer & software issue. Waited for more than 15 minutes. However the Agent was polite and friendly.

ruel gWas a issue whit the computer so it take me 45 minutes to finish the check in. Well, I was thinking those 45 minutes will come back to me. That was a mistake .fix your computers!! Thanks
