Robert HCorporate screwed this up big time. I was to have a trailer on Santa Barbara Street in Cape Coral, they changed it to Hialeigh, then to N. Ft. Myers, then to Placid Lake, a two hour drive from where I first reserved the trailer. Terrible

Larry RWhen we went to get the rental truck we were told that the person who deals with the uhaul rentals was not there after 1st telling us she had no idea what uhaul rental we were speaking of. We had to call customer service and had a great rep help us but having someone with knowledge at the facility is extremely helpful. We switched to mobile pickup and still was asked to go into store and show rep our screen but they were not there and had to be called to come in which dragged on for an hour.
Justin CListen when the customer gives you a drop.off location that they already set up and not send them 19 miles further than they need to go. Then I got charged $20.more even after I completed my delivery.
Connie CThere were 5 trailers in the size I ordered. Two had bad tires. One had an inspection sticker so old it was about to fall off. One looked like it was 40 years old. I took the only good one.
Zachary KC Store was a very accommodating after Rodney’s in Lake Placid refused to take our trailer as they were originally assigned to do. Uhaul transferred to CStore who made it happen. Rodney’s said they had no room but after I physically showed up they had plenty of space.

Robert DThere was no one available to help me disconnect and store the 12”X6” trailer I was returning. I had to find a good samaratin to help me and we struggled to get the trailer off the hitch and pushed into the grass area where I was told to put the trailer. Not a good scenario.

Christopher PRental facility was a gas station, conveinence store. Clerk didnt know how to do uhaul rentals, he got the station owner on the phone and the owner had me enter his office to do the check in myself. No one hooked me up and the paperwork had the wrong trailer on it. It was a NIGHTMARE!
