Braden BennettOriginal rental was swapped out to another trailer due to a tire issue prior to renting. No assistance attaching a trailer that did not hav a built in jack stand had to find strangers to attach the trailer. Also was charged 1-$40+ charge and another $80+ charge on credit card and have been triple billed for the rental that was returned 3 hrs early per day rental timeframe want a refund immediately to CC.

JEFFERY FRANCOMThe girl at the counter said she didn’t know how to check me in and that her manager would be there at noon I said I’m not waiting 3 hours and had to ask her to call someone and had to wait an hour for him and stayed on the phone on hold with uhaul for that hour and no help what so ever poor business.
Toby AkinI had to go unhook the trailer by myself. It’s on a bit of a slope and I had to hunt up some rocks to put behind the trailer tires so the trailer wouldn’t roll. Plus there’s a big gully that’s behind the trailer park where it could possibly roll into. And I had a hard time getting my truck ball loose on the trailer so I could lift the trailer off my truck. Some help would have been appreciated.
