Carl GabrielsonI reserved two u-haul vehicles, a pickup truck and a utility Van few days in advance. On the day of pickup they told me that they don’t have a utility van available. This really messed up my moving plan as I had workers ready for two vehicles. The second problem is about the charge. I got charged extra for fuel! While I returned the truck with more gas than before! I have pictures to prove. I called the place to correct it but I don’t see any change made yet. I am very disappointed and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Mesrop KhachaturyantsThe driver side rear tire has a slow leak and I had to fill it before going and I had many stops. It added a lot of stress to my already stressful situation. There was a pice missing above the back doors that I didn't notice and was not marked. The truck smelled and the inside didn't appear to have ever been cleaned. I would not rent from this location again. Also, since I had to fill the tire so many times, it made my trips longer and I returned it 2 and a half hours late and I got charged for an entire day.

JOSHUA DIZONThis experience was awful - it took us over a half an hour to find the van because it was parked over 2 blocks away (and not in the parking lot, as was indicated online). Then it took us forever to find the right person to talk to at the mart to get the key - the lady at the front counter kept telling us to wait while she helped other customers in line without explaining. When we finally did get the key, the guy told us we could keep the van later because there was no one who had reserved it after us. The van itself was dirty, low on gas, and a tire needed air. We returned the truck 45 minutes late after getting gas and filling the tire (which didn’t solve the tire pressure light) and we’re charged DOUBLE the CDW fee plus some other fee tacked on bringing our total to nearly double what we were quoted. Worst experience I have ever had with uhaul and will not be using this service again. Get your truck from an actual uhaul facility or go with another service altogether because this was a nightmare experience.

FNU PRADEEP SINGH BAJWAI tried to drop off my uhaul with a key drop but there was no drop box. This was not indicated online or in the drop off instructions so I had to wait over an hour for the facility to open in order to drop off the vehicle. If possible I would like a refund on milage for additional travel I had to take while trying to figure out how to drop it off.

JEAN SHENYou Over charged me! The girl behind the counter checked the vehicle herself. I left vehicle in parking lot and filled it back up to where it was. She moved it! I was charged for more gas than even makes sense for the milage. It was extremely dirty and I did not have it for 24 hours. I am requesting a FULL refund and I would not recommend this location for service!
elecia burrelI'd used the cargo van for less than an hour and returned it clean, but I was charged a $50 cleaning fee without explanation. The charge was refunded after calling customer service.
Santi HolleyFirst, this is a convenience store that just so happens a to rent UHaul trucks and vans. And the young lady at the counter was very nice and courteous. What’s weird about this place is how the operation is run. There is no central parking lot for the trucks and vans - only the very small and cramped strip mall parking. The trucks and vans aren’t parked here. They are scattered around the immediate neighborhood (which I am sure the neighbors love to have UHaul trucks parked in the streets). Our van was “maybe” over on the next block or two but they weren’t sure so once we got the key we had to go find it. There is no central place to wash and clean the vehicles and for a van that only had 7,314 miles ours was filthy. Looked like a landscaping crew had used it for yard work. All said, the van ran fine and it did the job. The return back to the very nice lady in the convenience store was easy because we used the app. Really odd way to run a UHaul business. And is it ok with UHaul to scatter vehicles around neighborhood streets like this? Probably won’t return to this location. Seems strange.

Glitches in the ap and the indifference of the owner took what should have been a 10 minute pick-up turned into a two hour ordeal.It threw off my entire move.
BROWN THOMASLove the pick up location- the staff was very nice and friendly. the truck "tire pressure" was on- it did not bother me, but that's the only thing I would recommend making sure all the warning signs in the car are off. Otherwise, the entire process was very smooth and staff was super nice.

Alexandra GreenbaumThe manager was on site when I arrived for my appointment, and he was the only one able to give out vans. His associate took a picture of my drivers license and credit card then TEXTED him the photos without my consent. ( I pleaded with them to delete that sensitive information but not sure if they did) The manager arrived 30 minutes later not wearing a mask. My pregnant wife asked him to put on a mask and he got irritated and put a clear face shield on that barely covered his eyes. When he arrived I asked him to delete my credit card info from his personal cell phone and got mad and threatened to cancel our reservation. This was so much hassle. The store was full of mask less customers, and rude employees that make you feel very uncomfortable
Tyler WalkerThis location is a convenience store, which is fine, but there is no designated drop off point. The person who worked there was very helpful, but was definately more of a convenience store clerk than a uhaul service person. There is no designated parking for uhaul at this location, so after consulting the clerk I was told to find the closest place to park. I ended up driving around for 20 minuets looking for a decent place to park the truck. This location absolutely needs designated parking for uhaul; making it my responsibility to find appropriate parking for the truck in a busy part of town was ridiculous.
