Uhaul rep was rude and when I asked why I’m being charged more than k was quoted for on the dolly she immediately sent me to costumer service because she had no control.

Never rent from uhaul again I’m showing everyone my receipt what a mess it is. A lot of people know I went caldwell to pickup uhaul middleton 5 miles to meridian storage 2x I’m tired of these screw ups my card has not properly been reimbursed with your mistakes

What a nightmare, but not locations fault. Basically had to jump through hoops because some people do not know the meaning of returning equipment on time. Had rented a truck and tow, tow was not there. Had to go to a different location where I had to pay an additional $25 for the tow when I had already paid for both at the previous location. Was promised $50 credit, but got charged more money. Not at all happy with uhaul and will not be using them again.

They were closed for the holiday on the day I was told to return the trailer, so I greatly appreciate the place allowing me to leave the trailer and call her to let her know the trailer had been dropped off.

The person at Caldwell Automotive didn't seem to know what he was doing. He didn't press the finish button when I picked up my truck. Truck was great though.

This trailer while it worked fine, rattled more than any trailer I have ever rented from uhaul. I don't know if it was the design or if maybe something is loose. Agent did a good job of making sure it was secure to tow vehicle. It just rattled at every bump.

Make sure the equipment is working properly. The auto transport I rented had a faulty tongue jack and made it very difficult to use the trailer. Before I loaded the trailer I needed to unhook and go pick up some things from the store. I had to use a foot jack to remove the trailer in a gravel driveway. The jack was not functioning properly when I picked it up but after having it reserved for 2 weeks I didn’t have another to choose from. However, the trailer hauled the load well and towed beautifully.
