jamin steigerwaldVerify the uhaul is ready for use. After getting in and driving down the road quite a few miles I smelt gas, a citizen stopped me and told me the gas cap was off and gas was spilling everywhere.

Richard ByrnesMove locations! immediately after arriving early in the morning to pick up my truck , that I used online to pick up . A worker out of this location ran out to scream about where I parked when I was just trying to find where the trucks were . Because they are completely hidden from the public’s eyes . Extremely hard to find . I wanted to cancel my truck immediately after arriving at this location ! Completely trashed every where around it , and complete disrespect for your customers. After he realized I was there for a truck he then asked me if I needed help . When I told him I did not need his help he lost it ! I had to curse him out and basically call his sorry ass out to the street before he would shut the hell up and stop harassing me . This is an employee at your location make no mistake ! Your pictures are all false there . This location is a complete scam and should be avoided at all cost . Go across the bridge to Calvert to pick ip , where you will be appreciated for using their service . Not screamed at , at 7 something in the morning and have to deal with Jackle and hide when they realize you’re there to pick something up . Sad

Sharon or Nick FondrenInterior gauge lights didn’t work consistently. I was told the military discount would be applied when I returned the truck if I returned it by a certain time. I returned it by that time (1:00 pm) when the person that could enter the discount was supposed to be there and he wasn’t, so I didn’t receive the discount.
Joseph KennedyDifficult to find, front door isn’t well marked. No one manning the front desk and call bell didn’t work. Yelling didn’t work either. Went around to the side door to get someone’s attention, then got yelled at for using the employee entrance and was accused of not hitting the call button hard enough. The gentleman helping me was short with me through the check in process.

Greg PeggThe uhaul rep at the location I rented the truck has always been helpful when I rent a truck. In the past few years I be rented a truck from him a few times. I want to say that all the other locations do not answer their phones. When they do, there is no professionalism at all. Or there are no tricks available. The location on in St Andrew never answered their phone. Every time I drive by they never have any trucks. Regardless, the gentleman at tue MacArthur address should be recognized. Ty

MICHAEL THOMASThe ONLY frustration was picking up the vehicle after hours. It took about 30-40min for processing. I was not aware phone calls would need to be made etc. If it was communicated in the emails that get sent out when you register, that would eliminate a lot of frustration.
Rachael ColeThe app does not seem to present the mileage out. Half way through the day I wanted to see how many miles I'd driven so far. I looked for the contract, but couldn't find it at that time. While I was driving, I looked at the app and didn't see the mileage there. I wonder if it coulld be added?

Stephen HartzerUhaul has gone down hill. The employee that works at the location is a good person. Very helpful. But that’s it. This is not the first time that uhaul has jerked me around. The trucks are in bad shape. No AC. I’m just so glad they found me a truck.

Anni ChristensenI was unable to return check in . I tried 4 times. Every time I tried to upload picture, it would return to the beginning.i tried to call and the wait time was 20 minutes. I asked for a return call. I recieved 4 return calls , asking me to hold for next available agent. Then it would say that there was a wait time and ask if I would want a call back. I never was able to talk to anyone. I was charged a 20.00 return fee.

mark longI think it’s ridiculous that U-Haul charges a $20 fee for returning the vehicle after hours! There is nothing the employee does extra to warrant this fee that he/she would already have to do if the vehicle was returned during open hours!
PATRICIA MEEKERRemove your airport rd Hollywood MD as a uhaul location. They are hot garbage. Refused to do an inspection an inspection for me and would secure a trailer for me.
