Nothing!!! The location was very easy to maneuver, getting logged in was easy and simple! He was super friendly polite and made the reservation go super smoothly! Drop off was even easier! They met me outside unhooked the trailer said I was Good and sent me on the way! Thank you for making it easy and simple!

I have rented many trucks in my time and Back sometime we were also a UHAUL rental location and if I had the crew at Calloways when I was doing it who knows where I would be today with UHAUL , one of the best dealers I have had experience with . just very helpful and friendly from start to finish .Great customer care .

Our connection was with John at 3524 US 1, St Augustine, FL. He was rude, arrogant, & very unprofessional. Have used U-Haul for years & have never experienced this before. He should not be dealing with customers!

when I returned my trailer on 5/11/20, the same day I used it in the morning; the owner said his card reader was not working but he checked me in on his phone and that I had to call the main Uhaul 800 # to get my deposit back; I called the 800 # immediately, and spoke to a lady who said she put me on hold to get permission from her supervisor to do that; she got back on the phone with me and said "ok, you are all taken care of and you will get your deposit back". Fast forward over a week later, no deposit credit still, and a "nicole" calls me on 5/19/20 and says that I am not checked in and wants to know where the trailer is. After I told her I already turned it in, etc, etc, etc,; Nicole tells me that there is NO DOCUMENTATION on file in the computer that my conversation took place with that lady at Uhaul that told me everything was fine and I was getting my deposit back. UNBELIEVABLE! Then Nicole tells me that she will have to tell her area manager, Jamie to go to the place I said I turned it into, to verify that I turned the trailer in , in order to get my deposit back. Again, UNBELIEVABLE! Your company is so unorganized and one person does not know what the other person is doing. Terrible customer service.
