Didn’t have vehicle I’d reserved. Truck I took had low tire pressure. Didn’t provide a contact or receipt upon return. They said their equipment wasn’t working.

The car was dirty , had dog hair inside and smelled horrible of dirty dog. The gas tank was on empty. The whole experience was horrible but I had no choice as I needed to use it that day.

I turned my rental truck in with half a tank, as the tank was when i picked it up. The truck went missing for two days and I was charged with an empty tank of gas and an extra 340 miles. Extremely upset about the extra charge and the fact that I am held liable for the days it went missing

I was over charged on milage I did not even drive the uhaul it was park the whole time my furniture never came and I only drove to west l.a. and back to return the uhaul and there saying I drove 140 mile that's a lie

I was deceived into believing the uhaul rental was for the amount of $19.95. I was charged for the miles for the amount of $93.65. I was told and from previous experience of renting uhaul that the first 100 miles are free of charge. I believe that Uhaul in involved in deceiving practices and I will write about this unfair business practices in my social media and I will report this experience with the BBB and the attorney generals office.

This was the worst experience I have ever had! Not only was the truck I had reserved not available. I spoke with Scott at uhaul who told me I would be charged the amount I agreed to in the contract, I just received the charge and it was triple! I put gas in and have photos and they charged me for gas as well. I have continued to contact scott and have not heard back. I was forced to take the bigger truck which I did not want and my uncle and husband had to take off work im order to help me with the vehicle and packing. This service and vendor was horrible. I expect a call right away!

unprofessional , charged me unethically , did not do walkthrough and did not honor the rate they promised after the mistake they made by promising me a van . someone on phone (a manager ) put another rate and never discussed with me.
