The business was not open on Saturday and the U-Haul app failed during the payment portion of the pickup portion. The phone rep was excellent and got me on my way. The truck was muddy and the drivers side floor area was dirty.

I brought the equipment back 2 days early and was charged a late fee. I also brought it back clean and was charged a cleaning fee. I was also charged a lost item fee, have no clue what that was. Those charges ate up 95$ of my 100$ cash deposit. Someone took me for a ride. Not ever worth going back there. They will get theirs in the end.

So much easier to have the staff help you with your rental when picking it up. The mobile site needs a lot of work in my opinion. The staff in Cambridge Springs, PA were excellent and I truly appreciated their help!

The people who rented the truck were great, but the Uhaul website they were using was incredibly slow. I don’t know how they can afford to spend so much time waiting on Uhaul’s registration interface to work.

Truck leaked 1/2 of my boxes were wet! Pick up was great. My problem is with Uhaul. I told them I want to drop the truck at the storage location. When we unloaded they said I had to drop the truck at a different location. That location wasn’t open so I drove to a third location.
