Worst experience ever! Originally i booked a truck at another locatio , no one there, no keys for truck was on the phone for over an hr, could not locate the truck. Finally when located it was locked behind a fence with no lock box to get in. We are from london, so we drove over an hr to get to original location, no one there, then they rerouted to another location thay was further then we intended. This was such a horrific experience,

SCAMMERS!! Claimed I didn't return the truck until 4 days later! I returned it same rental day! With 3 witnesses! SCAMMERS, double billed me, launching a dispute now. U-Haul ALWAYS has ISSUES like this, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! There are other better more reliable rental companies, I'll never use again!!!
ROBERT CROWDERI was disappointed that the equipment I reserved was not available at the pick up site. Specifically the furniture dolly. I was not impressed driving past other Uhaul locations that were closer that looked to have a 20’ in the lot. Why should I select a pick up site when you can’t guarantee that they will have what I reserved? My recommendation is to take the general postal code where the person is located to generate a reservation

I called ahead and the agent kindly waited for me to return before closing so that I would not be left in a dark country setting. I really appreciated his kindness. Thank you.

William PriceThe person renting me the Auto Transporter Did not explain the details of my transaction. I wanted to stop at North Bay to visit my sister for a day but he gave me the impression I had to return the unit to a dealer the next day or be charged an additional daily fee. I drove straight home then instead. Only after I talked to a representative on the phone did I find out I had till Wed to get home. I picked the unit up Sat. I was disappointed I didn't get to go to North Bay. Better communication is required.
