Donald BlantonI spent $65 on gas for the UHaul truck. I only drove about 110 miles. That's a lot of money for 110 miles. The form I got indicated I needed to put up to 3/4 of the tank capacity. The gauge on the truck indicated I should put 1/2 of the tank capacity.

Linda BriggsAgent was competent and properly billed me for the 2 day rental. Corporate followed up with a 4 day charge. Now I have to go through the process of canceling the wrong charge. Who runs the show? There's should be better coordination between the agent and corporate to avoid duplicate invoicing.

Sheila TaylorCab was left unlocked and passenger window rolled down, back of truck wide open; on a day with torrential rain. Utility dolly and furniture pads were part of the rental, nowhere to be found. My reservation was for 4:30 at an entirely different location 40 minute difference, and this shop closed at 5. I had to spend 3 hours on the phone setting up 24/7 pickup because of them.

hunter loganAgain had to go to far end of town to drop trailer back off because the wrong drop off location was sent. Location asked for was not given didn’t notice until trying to drop off and had unhooked. Tried to get location changed was given a fake number for customer service. It went to a schoolbook buy back. So had to reattach trailer to drive to other side of town where they had ten trailers on their lot so I am very much not satisfied with the entire experience. And on top of that the trailer leaked got all boxes on floor wet and piece of furniture. Not really happy!

Willie TuckerHow you can improve it for the next customer is not to send them to that location. Before I was made aware that I could make reservations online, I walked into that particular location and inquired about a rental. The man at the counter was very short with me, and told me they DID NOT have anything available. He didn’t even offer any additional help or suggestions. The gentleman that was sitting at the counter with him informed me of another location. He also told me if that didn’t work to try calling the Uhaul hotline. In need of business that day, I called the Uhaul hotline before even leaving the parking lot. To my surprise, the young lady told me that the location (where I was) actually had a 10ft truck available. I was very upset! I explained to the young lady what had just happened. I honestly felt discriminated against. She apologized on their behalves and on the behalf of the company. She even gave me a discount for my inconvenience. Now, the man at the location was Caucasian (white) and I am a African American (black) female. Just curious to know what reasons he could’ve had for lying and denying me service when my money was green, and my credit card was platinum?? 🤔🤔

Sylvia SealeyMake sure the pick up location knows the extra items the customer has ordered!!!!! I ordered 5 dozen furniture pads and a utility dolley, only to learn that they had NO info from UHaul about it and only had 10 pads - NO dolley!! BIG FAIL UHAUL!!!!! I hate to give the pick up location a poor rating because it isn’t their fault that UHaul failed them, but the rating reflects my experience. The guy behind the counter was apologetic and did what he could to help (altho he suggested I drive to the other uhaul locations in Camden to find the things he was supposed to have - he did know that I just rented a 26’ moving truck...seriously???)

David McguireThe truck smelled really bad like cigarettes. We cleaned out ashes from under the steering wheel, as well as all the surfaces to no avail. We had to drive from SC to AZ smelling that. There was also a big crack across the windshield right in the line of site for the driver.
