The self-service drop off was like a punch in the gut. The U-Haul process for this drop off didn’t allow for any support from employees at drop off location. In the blistering sun and heat I had to interact with a U-Haul system, take pictures of all around the U-Haul truck, more photos from my iPhone inside the cab, get through the hick-ups of the U-Haul system. This was the most disrespectful interaction I’ve had with a company where I was a good faith customer. It showed my the tone at the top of the U-Haul company doesn’t appreciate its customers and I will advise all my family, friends, and connections accordingly.

Great people and excellent service
aman zit took me 4 phone calls and 45 min just to get to the point of my reservation, I scanned the code, did what it asked and got a message need attendant help, well it's a gas station, no one there could help, so I called several times and finally got someone who could help, the attendant at the gas station mentioned. he had no training on u haul transactions, I don't think any. drop location thing is worth beans, at any location, i also ordered some furniture pads, the attendant stated they have none, very bad service, I am probably going to use another vender next time. The truck was good, it's just all the inconvenience of trying to get it.
