Be more transparent about billing. I was suprised at the extra charges, including amount for gas though I didn’t use that much gas.

No one there from UHaul. Had to call her. No answer. Text her. Drop trailer and take pictures. Then got email saying I had not returned. Not happy.

CLOVIS SOwner showed up an hour late after my pickup time. He was not helpful in answering questions on how to connect the tow dolly and not helpful in general. Dolly equipment was aged and rusted. Unable to utilize some of the safety features.

Tim MMake sure you check back with U haul directly ,Because the amount of days rented were not the same as they found on their computer. I was 5 days over ,and knew it.They charged me 8 days over on the Truck rental. I am in the process of contacting go u haul now.

John LThis unit was suppose to be picked up at another location. At that location I was told it hadn't been turned in yet. I was run all around looking for a truck. I got the truck the next day. The truck's A/C worked poorly. The dash panel lights came on twice. All in all I had a less than acceptable performance.
