The individuals went above and beyond to help me. The resources to rent were limited.
Jonathan SPicked it up with 1/8 tank of gas. Trash in the cab. Get it home, open the back and there's still property inside from the previous renter, so I had to return back to the pickup location to empty it. Previous renter also smoked an entire carton of cigarettes in the cab.
Jamie EYes, these folks at the Wautoma Wisconsin Uhaul location are ALWAYS on top of their game! There IS another location to rent cube trucks/ trailers in Wautoma, but I’m ALWAYS going to go to Precision first! 100%, will recommend!!

Joseph DWhat I liked about it was I needed a uhaul on a Saturday night it was very unexpected but was able to go online through the uhaul app and reserve a truck for the next morning only 7 miles from my house . I didn't have to talk to anybody and they send a code for the pad lock to get the keys. So ot was nocethat even though the business was closed we were still able to the truck. Thanks UHAUL!!!

JUDEEN RWhen renting a truck Uhaul needs to make sure the truck is available without trying to make the customer go to another location. We had a reservation on Saturday Oct 22nd, but we were not able to get the truck as it was unavailable at the location we picked. Uhaul wanted us to backtrack an hour to pickup the truck. Due to this issue we had only one day to move. We ended up going back home which is 2.5 hours away and then drive back the next day. We spoke to a manager and yes I was upset, but he hung up on us twice. That was very unprofessional. This experience was very upsetting as sometimes people have a reason they need to get moved out. We only had last weekend to move and this issue really caused an inconvenience as we had to work until 10 pm which did not have to happen if the truck would have been available on Saturday. This had nothing to do with the location we dropped the truck off. This complaint had everything to do with our experience on Saturday.

ERNEST BWhen you promise a 5x8 trailer 2 weeks in advance and on the day of pick-up substitute a larger, more expensive trailer, U-Haul has a problem! I was over charged, and initially was told to drop the trailer many miles out of my way. NOT MY FIRST PROBLEM WITH U-HAUL, BUT PROBABLY MY LAST.

THOMAS GWhen I arrived on time the lady behind desk Told me just drop it anywhere and they would be fine with that. They check for damage and misc.at the end of day for each unit. I told her that it was their job to inspect unit and sign off as a good condition return . The gentleman came up from the shop and check it in and sent a computer receipt to Uhaul for me .
Michael JThey key drop off box was broken and left open. There wasn't any other signage for drop offs so we just parked ours next to the others.

Denise WI was unable to use any of the links provided to me. I also received a text that I would get a phone call. No phone call was received. No one was at the location. The 800 number for u-haul did not answer after a 30 minute wait. I had to just take the truck without any clarity on my reservation. The truck was open and the key was in the back end. I had to change the location I wanted to pick it up from and I did not get the moving blankets I asked for.

TIMOTHY HTell them NOT TO USE the mobile U-Haul app at this location- did not work as there was limited cellular data. Not the dealer's fault in no way - he helped get the order processed and we were on our way in no time!
Mark FMy reservation was in Appleton to begin with but when we showed up, no one was there and we tried calling the location, no answer. We drove to Neenah, no trucks. Two locations in Oshkosh, no trucks. Finally, we got a hold of UHaul customer service and they told us we could get a truck in Omro and they would discount it down to $40 for three days , no mileage fees, etc. Omro has no trucks either. We finally get a truck out in Berlin, 45 MILES AWAY from our starting point (had to drive 90 miles to and back for this truck). We also originally rented a 15 foot and got a 10 foot truck. I got charged $125.55 for this truck when I was told it would be $40. I’ve called UHaul 3 different times to have this fixed and it hasn’t been. I also used a ridiculous amount of my personal gas to get to UHaul and then had to fill this Uhaul up to return it. At this point, I think I deserve all of my money back for how poor your system is and how poor your customer service communications are. I would not recommend UHaul to anyone in this condition.

James RI arrived on site at 315 after leaving work early to get there by closing time at 4pm to find the door locked and nobody there. After 15 mins I finally reached someone that told me I'd have to wait 30 mins to drop trailer off or drive it to poysippi 15 mins away or leave it there n trust it would b ok. I wasn't ok with any of those options so he said he would email me a delivery confirmation which he did but it still took close to 40 mins to drop off a trailer.

Diana VBest uhual experience overall of my lifetime, couldn't have been more happy with my experience., and with it being so close to my home it made it so convenient and on top of it this place is a tire and mechanic shop so if I ever need a trailer or vehicle repair thats where I will be going.

Steven LThe pickup location and personnel were great. The changing of the initial reservation was not. It cost me money and time as a result. As a disabled older person on a fixed income moving alone, it made it more difficult. But, i got done what i could. Thank you.

John TFix or replace the truck. Make sure brakes all work. Also, given that covid is a real issue weather you choose to acknowledge it or not, it should have been cleaned. I should not have had dust blow on my face when the vehicle was turned on. Definitely using another service next time I move.
NOEL FRental Truck needed repair (gasoline line not connected to tank), Trailer electrical connection needed to be replaced Not issues caused by the location who were rather helpful, but the equipment wasn't well maintained.
ROGER RHave the owner maintain some space to place u haul trailers specifically. I really wish I had taken pictures, there was no way to access trailers, the lot was full of both junk and very expensive looking cars. if I hadn't been a trucker, I don't think anyone else could have backed through that complete fucking mess without hitting something. Also nobody was on site, I loaded the trailer myself and it was completely sliched dowm with grease and oil all over it. if I could rate no stars, I would;.
