Cruise control on the truck would have been excellent. I'm kind of tall and my long legs got tired. We packed a lot of stuff in that 10 foot truck. Other wise the truck and everything was great. Thanksricky K.

The lady that helped was very knowledgeable about the availability of the uhauls we needed. The sliding door of the 6Ã—12 trailer was almost impossible to open and close. We had to open and close it a number of times to get it loose enough to work decently. I really recommend everyone test "everything" before they take it.David A.

The truck assigned to me was hooked up to a trailer I didn't order and it took over 1.5 hours on the phone waiting in the cold to simply switch the truck on my reservation over. Both Uhaul and the owner blamed each other, of course... And when I did get in the cupholders had sticky residue all over and there was ash in the ashtray. Very, very displeased with this. Some sort of compensation would really go a long way!Lucas H.

The employee at the pick-up location told me that I had â€œuntil closing â€ to return the rental truck and if I returned it after that, then I would be charged a fee. We returned our rental at 12:20pm, 20 minutes after it was apparently due. The drop-off location's hours of operation that day were 10am-4:30pm. Due to the miscommunication, I thought I was returning my rental 4 hours early and not 20 minutes late, resulting in an extra charge of $57! I'm extremely disappointed that after looking over my rental documents to confirm my drop-off that the employee at the drop-off location didn't see fit to mention to me that I would be getting an additional charge for such a trivial delay.Jordan S.

Took an hour to get our van in order, and it still wasn't done correctly. Checked the wrong van number out and therefore created difficulty in the drop off process.Ian D.
Whoever had the U-Haul until I had, previously didn't clean the trailer up at all. They must have damaged the 4-way connector on the trailer as well. Recycling Market lights on top wasn't working so he tried to tempt to fix by replacing the bulb and had no luck. It was a clean friendly atmosphere I can say that.Michael G.

C & C were great to work with. My original location pick up was PT Sales in Clear Lake IA. Tom didn't have a trailer back and I had to drive an extra 60 miles to get the trailer. He didn't call before hand to let me know the trailer was not there and he had been calling the customer for two days, which was very frustrating. I will not use this location again.Liz C.
I reserved a 26 foot truck to be picked up on Aug. 30 at 4 pm. At the time of making the reservation, I was told I could have my two day rental till 4 pm on Sep 1 and later if needed. Place key in key drop box. Location called me on Aug. 29 stating because of mechanical problems, I was downgraded to a 20 foot truck. I indicated I may pick the truck up at 10 am if it is available then. Location told me not before 10:30. Location called me at 10:15 Aug 30 to see if I was picking up the truck early. We agreed it would be at 12 pm. Each time we agreed to a new time, my reservation was upgraded and I got an email confirmation. I picked up the truck at noon on Aug. 30 to be told it was also rented for Sep 1. After doing inspection and paperwork, it was 12:30 pm when I was ready to leave. I asked when I had to have the truck back, and as the business was open till 1:30pm, I asked if I had the truck for the full two days, till 12:30pm on Sep. 1. She said yes. Then, on Sep. 1 at 9:54 am I missed a call (because I was unloading the truck) from the location and voicemail said the truck was due back at 10 and next renter was upset because it was not back. I returned the call at 11:07 when I was done unloading and putting fuel in the truck. I dropped the truck off by 11:30, an hour before my rental was done. I hope the only reason the truck was double booked was because of the mechanical failure of the 26 foot truck I had reserved, but the location should have been much more clear about when the truck was needed back. Overall it was a good rental experience, but the end left a bad taste in my mouth and not sure if I will use uhaul or this location again.Gregory M.
