SCOTT DI did the vehicle walk around inspection alone, kinda surprised. I returned it with about 10 gallons more fuel than I was required too and was told that there would be no compensation for that.

Patrick TI had no service for the share option. Customer service representative said it was on me because it was a service issue, even though I have a brand new phone with Verizon wireless. I was then sent to another location that was closed for Thanksgiving weekend. I explained this to another customer service representative and they hung up on me. I then talked to another representative and they gave me a hard time for wanting to be compensated for wasting so much time. Absolute worst customer service I've ever had
DANIEL CI drove the vehicle 27.1 miles and when I refilled the gas tank I put in over 4 gallons of gas. When I mentioned this to the cashier she said I should take it up with U-Haul corporate. They are representing U-Haul and should have said or done more.

Stephanie RThe guy didn’t tighten the hitch mechanism and the trailer came off while driving. I got it back on but lights didn’t work and when I went back they said it was my car and not the trailer. I spent three hours troubleshooting and found a blown fuse caused when the trailer came off the hitch. Your worst nightmare

Stephen WThe back of the trailer had a small amount of ingrained dirt from old rentals or from the trailer sitting under the trees. Not a problem for me though.
Matthew LPeople were nice/polite and the facility is fine. I always get the feel here that they are a repair/car lot first and U-Haul is not priority so I ended up waiting for quite a while for someone to meet me in the lot after I told them I was there.
