While there's not a lot of space here the drop-off went well enough as did the contact-less online procedure. We delivered at night and the location could use a bit more light where the trucks are but, overall, if it had been day would have been just as fine. This was our second return here and both went well... during the first the business owner arrived and was pleasant to chat with.Joseph L.
I fully intend on calling customer service manager! First of all the amount I was quoted was not what I ended up paying for on your end you put in the wrong state instead of Sandy Utah you put in Sandy Oregon. Even though my paperwork says Sandy Utah! Second of all I got called the night before and supposed to be leaving finding out the trailer for towing my car was over 3 1/2 hours round-trip!! Huge inconvenience, I was promised a discount and a credit for gas did not receive either one of them!! So by the time I got back from picking up the trailer the cracks in the windshield that were previously there which I videotaped and have that on my phone had grown 5 inches all three of them! So I had to drive all the way back and we demand another U-Haul because the other one was very unsafe for me to drive! When I got there, The worker started pounding on it in the cracks went all the way across. I was given another U-Haul gotten maybe half an hour on my way had a huge blowout! Then I had to sit there and wait over four hours for somebody to come even though I sent multi messages after two hours of waiting to hear from anybody from roadside assistance they started texting me still took them over two more hours to finally get to me. And when somebody finally does get to me what you contracted out forâ€¦ And I told him how long I had to wait he told me that he just got a phone call and he was only five minutes away from me is where his shop was. He was the only positive experience of this whole entire move! I didn't mean to have somebody give me a call back and make this OK. This is not all right. You guys had faulty equipment across the board making multi mistakes across-the-board. And obviously do not keep up keep on anything you lease out! I demand to have somebody call me back immediately as I am a multi time card customer of yours and I will refuse do you ever use U-Haul again or will I ever refer you to anyone. I want to know what you're going to do make this OK!!!! There was always yelp and the Better Business Bureau but I do not wanna have to go that route I want to know what you're gonna do to make this better! Originally I was to pick up the trailer in Tillamook The man was rude obnoxious- told me I didn't have a reservation (which I did) and said he was closed At 2 on a Tuesday. Why would ihaul contract eith such a rude horrible person Thank goodness traffic found me one -albeit the next day in warrenton. The gentleman there was terrific.Leslie K.

Have better maintained trailers. Most trailers had dim lights. Not safe to operate in road. Had to switch trailers. I was told that it would be fine but not professional at all when you can barely see the tailights light up.guillermo G.

Honestly the truck ran like crap all the way up sputtering and making all kinds of noise the whole time I expect a little bit more from such a new truck that it was I feel like I had to pay extra gas because of it I didn't appreciate having a truck like that run like crap.Giancarlo S.

Of all the Uhaul experiences I have had this one was the most disappointing. Usually, there is an arrow on where the gas guage was when I rent it so I know where I should fill it up to when I leave it. That was 1 thing disappointing. I put way to much gas in (and nowadays there's NOT cheap) because it wasnt marked and I forgot. The second thing was I paid all my fees when I left that day and days later I'm told I have a balance left to paid and that I'm gonna get a $30 late fee if I don't pay it in time. That was insulting to me. Uhaul not giving out any receipt at all is outrageous. I'm all for paperless but NO receipt, REALLY. That's just wrong! If I have a choice on whether to use Uhaul again let's just say I won't automatically choose Uhaul. That's a shame because I've always used Uhaul 1st. But not anymore!judy C.

Great service Good helpful even though its just little drop off point Its better then the main center. and that pretty sad cause Warrenton Gets 5 stars great service would recommend over a main center in Beaverton.Terry S.
