The mobile pickup process was horrendous. We submitted pictures of drivers license 7+ times, but it kept asking for us to enter pictures of the license. After we switched from an iPhone to an android (entered pictures multiple times on both devices) we were a little better able to navigate through the process. Then we had to wait for access to the keys. We sat in my car for 40 minutes to get access. We used the chat function and no one was there, finally got someone, got transferred to someone else but nothing was working and no response after initial contact. I just started messaging “please help me” multiple times—no one, no assistance, a lot of frustration. Truck was fine, we only saw the outside of the building so I don’t feel comfortable rating the location. But the mobile pickup process is ridiculous

Jill BIt is difficult to do mobile check in/check out at this location. My Internet service on my phone would not work, causing complications at both times. I was also verbally told that I would likely receive a larger truck, and instead received a smaller truck than my original reservation. Not all of my concerns have to do with this particular location, but I would not use U-Haul again for a future move, for a variety of reasons. Overall, I was disappointed in the whole process.
Andria SI had never rented from UHaul before so I had several questions. The gentleman at C&V Cap was amazing. Each time we spoke he was very helpful and understanding. The morning I arrived to pick up the 12x6 enclosed trailer, he had everything ready and waiting for me. He was also very accommodating on return too. I would highly recommend C&V Cap and will certainly be calling them for any UHaul equipment/vehicle needs I may have in the future.
matt kOnline check in needs some work. Took me a half hour and 3 phone calls to uhaul to get my key for the truck. That not on the pickup location but on uhaul as a Corp. I wouldn't recommend uhaul online pickup.

ASHLEY MNot an issue at all with C&V Cap, but the U-Haul website and app are awful to use. It took us almost an hour to complete the vehicle rental process because the website and app kept crashing. We had to put 4 different phone numbers in to verify our identities and resubmitted our information over and over again, and ended up having to call U-Haul and customer chat to get the key retrieval code and to verify our information. I would strongly recommend completing an in person rental if possible until U-Haul figures out how to make their website/app run more smoothly.
DOMINICK KI had a reservation in Mercer Pa. 11pm I received an email dealer stating he won't be available for the 9am pickup. I had to go to Grove City.

Michael HI had no issue with the location. Your app however, stinks. The location settings on my phone were on, but YOUR APP would not recognize I was in the right place when it showed I was. The delay caused by your app caused many problems for my crew and myself as we were set back several hours in our work. Fix your app! It stinks!

tom rC&V cap was excellent to work with! But our experience before hand was TERRIBLE! We found out the night before that our reservation was cancelled with NO NOTIFICATION!!! We were told that the original business we were to rent from was cancelled. So fast forward to the day of the rental, he called us wanting to know why we didn’t pick up the truck! The problem obviously came from your end of it!!! My husband worked for a dealer of U-Haul and they gave it up because of all the problems with you. My daughter also works for a business that does U-Haul rentals, they have only done it for a few months and will also be giving it up due to all the problems with your company. So sadly I don’t know if I would recommend U-Haul to anyone that will be moving!!!! With that being said, I have nothing but good things to say about Murdicks auto and also C&V Caps.

FRANCIS JThe cab was littered from the previous renter and the box bed had about a quart of potting soil and dirt in it. Also the fuel tank only had 5/8 tank of gas. We left it with 3/4 tank. The lock box pass was to difficult to find on website. We called to get the lock combo.
Rodney MWould have appreciated warning about 10% added taxes and fees. Also self-checkout to return truck was ridiculously involved and unnecessarily difficult from what I could see.
JAMES CCheck in process takes way too long. Should be able to upload DL and photo before pick up - and submit the extra info for verification. I don’t carry a passport and people don’t answer calls from strange numbers - major delay getting checked in. Very frustrating.

JARED Uthis location was great, however, I'm not happy at all with customer service... I reserved a motorcycle trailer... I was called and told there wasn't one in the area, but they could get me a 5x9... I asked if it had a wheel chock for my bike and was told yes, they all do... Lies!! There was not a wheel chock in there and this made for a dangerous towing situation as the bike wasn't as stable as it should have been... you need to train your customer service reps better as this was really unacceptable to me... but, I had to make it work... Very unhappy with Uhaul customer service.
