Handy location. There were some lights in the drop off area but on a short timer so basically worked in the dark when dropping off after hours.Mark L.
As I was renting a U-Haul I could not take two vehicles with me so arrange to be dropped off at location online said they were open. When I got there 10 minutes early a note on the door said they were closed until 3:00. Not a big deal as that's when my appointment was and he showed up on time. It was just a slight inconvenience as it was cold and I had to wait outside.JOHN T.

I'm very angry and upset about my booking and pickup. I was supposed to pick up the truck on July 29 at 6pm. I had to renew my drivers license and only had my interim license. I called 2 weeks prior to my rental to ask if that was going to be ok and I was assured by two people that it would not be an issue if I had a passport or other form of photo ID which I did. I was not able to pick up the truck until CanEx opened the next day. I had a full crew of helpers for that evening and had no help the next day. It put me way behind and made an already stressful day even more stressful.Nicole B.

There is a balance on this trailer that I dont see why as I have rented this trailer for the day not the amount that is being set out the trailer was picked up after 10am and returned back at canex at just after 7pm .there was nothing said that it must be back at a certain time.Ed L.

Well I never had any contact with any of the staff and their sign says that they are closed Saturday and Sunday and that is contrary to what they have told Uhaul. Their lot is also uneven and I had to look for a place where the trailer wouldn't roll as there was no tounge jack on the trailer that I rented.Wayne G.

I experienced a breakdown of the unit I rented. Uhaul roadside assistance was not reachable as described for roadside help. If it wasn't for the â€˜above and beyond' help from Kamloops Uhaul (Paula in particular) we may still have been stranded on the roadside. Thanks to her, a farmer at the point of breakdown, roadside recovery and vehicle movement to and from my destination was seamless.Larry K.

Trailer needed rivet replaced under drivers side fender. Wiring underneath as well. I repaired myself with nut , bolt, and washer . Also lubricated trailer attachments. So dry and hard to turn. Also had to take to garage and deal with lack of air in tires. Poor maintenance I believe. One womans opinion.Susan R.

Great fast , friendly service. The young lady was extremely helpful. Trailer was good ,but hitch needed a little lubricant to be more customer friendly. Tires needed air . Other than that, was good experience at Mount Paul , Kamloops location,and Drumheller ,Alberta location. I will rent again very soon. Great prices by the way. Thank you U Haul.Susan R.

All was good. The main thing I can recommend is somehow to be able to confirm the booking earlier than 1 day before moving. This can make a person very nervous as it is crucial they have a truck for their moving day.Jonathan P.

This Location invouced me for a 25 dollar cleaning fee I phoned and was advised by the Women that she was going to have to clean the back because it was very Dirty I asked what kind of Dirt as I had Cleaned out the back myself after unloading and before traveling to Kamloops She said it was very "Dusty" I said it was Dusty when I got it She said it was very dirty and sge would have to spend alot of time to clean it I advised here it was not "Dirty" and That the Doors are not air tight in first place for Dust I reject the Cleaning cost As Invoiced I advised I would be over in shortime to see the Evidence of "Very Dirty" and Need of 25.00 Cleaning Fee I expect per UHsul condition procedure using phito evidence will be used to prove any Evidenced requirement for cleaning I am not happy that this UHaul facility is attempting to bill me for unjust charges appsrently in order to pay wages I cleaned the Front of Cab interior myself from previous rental filth as well as Dust from my Rental Period due to Open Windows because AC did not Function I am not paying for Dust in the back of a Truck where the Doors are not Dust Proof I Request a Supervision Management type UHaul Rep call me as soon as possable to discuss this issueVANCE S.

The instructions inside the trailer, for how to strap down a motorbike, were garbage. We followed the instructions and the bike ended up falling over on our trip. All the ferrings are broken, the tank will need a new paint job and decals, the shop we took it to suggested it might be written off. We were so disappointed. We ended up strapping it down our own way for the rest of the trip and it was secure.Ian G.

I was disappointed to find the truck I had rented had summer tires on it. I had to navigate steep winding mountain roads in a veh that I had zero confidence in. Your company put my life and other motorists lives in danger. Will not use again. Will not recommend.Ian N.

The doors didn't close very easily on the truck so I was worried the vehicle quality might be poor. Everything else was tip-top though and having to slam the door isn't a significant inconvenience. The staff were excellent and very helpful. If I could make a suggestion, it would have been nice to have an ice scraper come with the vehicle - although the Arizona plates give a clue as to why this might have been missed.miles P.
we had no problem with this locaTION, but the location that was provided to us originally was vacant with a building that looked abandonned, no drop box, no personnel. we wasted at least an 1h30 of our time trying to figure out wath to do with unit. called uhaul centre where we were on hold for at least 45 minutes and they finally gave us mount paul location . ON top of agravation, we had to pay a fee for returning unit late, which we were not advise off. not happydonald G.

The front end alignment was supposedly repaired before we picked up the truck. The drive was horrible as the truck pulled to one side the entire trip.Earl D.
Vehicle was very dirty ..driver door didn't close properly, when my brother in law got in would have to shut the door hard from the outside. Just makes you wonder what if anybmaintenance is done on the vehicles before you pick them up to drive for 12 hours across the mountains.Beverly A.
