The location was closed when I dropped off and I had so much trouble with the app and taking pictures as the reception out there was spotty. There really should be another option when dropping off to a closed location.Salina S.
Representative accused me of taking a furniture dolly off his front porch area of his office. Was not happy about this .,,, I carried the furniture dolly that I had rented to the office because there was no one in the office when I drove up and o saw some sitting on the porch of his office. When no one came out out the office I carried it back to the truck and put it in the back and waited for someone to show up. Very bad customer service on this person.MICHAEL B.

The attendant kept us waiting for over 1/2 hour and then was very rude and unhelpful. He would not unhook the trailer and we had to do it ourselves. I hope to never have to use this location again. Terrible experience.Mark M.

The owner had an individual who was on the property. He looked like he had been drinking. When we dropped of the equipment. Which was after hours. This individual was rude, intoxicated, and looked like he just showed up to stir up problems. The owner showed up afterwards and took care of the problem. Owner needs to remove the problem permanently so he can improve his business.Victoria S.

The tires were very very dangerous. Had to travel though a little bit of snow and the UHaul wouldn't handle well at all. After getting to my destination two days late because of poor tires, I am very disappointed that my safety in this truck wasn't taken into consideration.KATHRYN M.

The movers we ordered through the uhaul website were horrible. The moving company was "Nonstop Movers." They never called us to verify a time and place for services, I end up having to call them and track them down. It took a couple of calls just to reach them. The day of the move they were a no-show, and when I called their office they said they would find out what happened and call me back and they never did. I end up having to call the U-Haul company to cancel the Mover order. This set our whole moving schedule back and now we have to wait for a refund.Santiago B.

When we arrived at the location, the office was closed, it was supposed to open at 9 am, there was another person waiting, the add did not work to take the photos since the memory was full, we waited approximately 45 minutes and nobody ever arrived or No one answered the phones, they charged my credit card another 18 dollars for gas according to them it was not in the mark that the gas meter was supposed to be, I took photos and if it was in the correct measureJames L.

I was told Via telephone the Uhaul was closed Sunday (the day scheduled for the move). I was told I had to pick up the Uhaul by noon on Saturday because they closed at noon Saturday; however I would be charged one day. I was told on the phone 80 cents per mile. When I got there on my handicapped roller, there were three steps to the top and no ramp. My friend and driver was with me. The owner did not wear a mask to protect us from COVID but did sit as far away from the stairs (?10 ft) as possible (To fill out the contract) and kept stating he couldn't hear me. He was rude. He then took three references and phone numbers and wrote up the contract. While presenting the contract, he stated one day =6 hours and since I'd be turning it Sunday I had to pay for two days. The contract stated 99 cents per mile, not the 80 cents per mile I had been quoted via telephone. I had lifters arranged 50 miles away and the entire move was already arranged on a timeline from the reservation made via telephone. I was over a barrel. I was charged more than twice what I was quoted when I made the reservation over the phone. I had to take the unit. I was handicapped and had arranged all kinds of assistance on both sides of the move on timelines that I had relayed over the phone to the manager of this uhaul facility (by name - it was definitely the man I spoke to via telephone). I had requested the heavy blankets to protect the furniture. He charged for each one plus extra charges for a dolly. I felt I was being nickle and dimed to death. The uhaul was dirty, dusty and very filthy inside. The passenger mirror was cracked. After we got me loaded inside and my handicapped equipment stowed in the back, we noticed the cracked mirror and my friend noticed dents in the uhaul. It was very filthy inside. We had to drive to the far side of the lot to find him to point out the damages. When we got home (after no mishap) and I was unloaded, I pointed out to my friend more damage I noticed on a tire. My friend stated they didn't think the damage was deep enough for the tire to blow, but I was worried about the tire the entire move. There was noticeable damage to the rubber. We were able to make the move in the damaged and filthy uhaul. I was charged double what I had been Quoted over the phone. The owner was not respectful of COVID and came right up to me without a mask (down the three steps) to have me sign the contract (after taking three persons as reference and my credit card and both my license and my friends driver's license). He definitely wasn't respectful of my handicapped situation or of possible transmission of COVID-19. I would NOT recommend this uhaul to anyone and have spread the word to all I meet. This uhaul was recommended to me by a friend. I've advised her not to never recommend it again. The move was great. All timelines were met. It was a difficult weekend but well worth the challenges it presented me. This uhaul facility is horrible. Find a different one.Karen R.

Hire a different operator. This person did not know or did not care how the information was logged into the computer. On Monday ( 7/7/20) he was trying to charge $42 for a 6 hour period. I left and made a reservation on the computer for the next day at $29 for 24 hrs. On Tuesday he charged $42 for 24 hrs, while telling me to take it or get off his fucking property.thomas S.

Have used many U-Haul locations over the years, probably rented U-Haul trailers or trucks at least 15 times and this location was right at the top as far as experience goes. Hooked everything up, joked around a little, just reminded me of good ole customer service like I saw as a kid. I will definitely be back for any U-Haul needs in the future and if you're remotely hesitant about coming here don't be.Jeff C.
