The uhaul communications are a disaster. I went to winge place to pick up the equipment because someone supposedly charged to location. Same thing happened on the drop of. So I had to run all over the place to use your service. No complaint on any location. This is a corporate problem you need to fixJACK S.

You should consider making the rental trucks smoke free. I spent four hours in a stinky truck cab and realized that was the only negative aspect of the whole rental experience. I love the 24/7 processing.JAMES S.

The person that handles the Uhaul rentals was very rude. My pickup location was changed and I got a text at 10:15 the night before I was supposed to pick up. The place that it was changed to made it and hour out of my way to pick up the trailer. Uhaul should give at least 2 days notice if changes are going to be made. In the past my experience with U haul has been good, this one however was no where near good.DIANE E.

Regret to say our experience was very POOR. I made a truck reservation that was confirmed by text & email. I called two days before scheduled pick up and was told the truck would not be available at the contracted location. Uhaul represented changed the pick location to a facility approx 25 minutes farther away. This change was confirmed by text. On the day of pickup, we waited over an hour at the second location and nobody ever showed up. We called Uhaul contact number, and after an approx 30 minute period of time on hold, your representative changed our pick up to another location, again approx 25 minutes away. After making a reservation approx a week in advance, then confirming it by phone two days in advance of pick up date, and then have nobody to show up more than an hour after the scheduled pick up time is some SERIOUS POOR BUSINESS!! I will certainly tell anybody who is considering equipment rental about the very poor experience we had with Uhaul.JORDAN S.

There does not seem to be an actual building that we could go into, or at least no one was there when we dropped off the truck during normal business hours. The person we dealt with over the phone was helpful but it seemed a bit unclear what he wanted us to do with the truck at drop-off. He was very accomodating when we needed to keep the truck for longer than expected so that was great. It was just hard to get in touch with a real person when we were trying to figure out how to extend our reservation. The uHaul website was NOT helpful at all and when we called the customer service line we were kept on hold so long that we finally hung up.Gregory C.
Perfect location for us to make the drop, lot is a little tight, especially if multiple 26 footers are present, but I was able to back the auto transport in to a spot and place the truck in another spot so the lot was not jammed up.Matthew C.

Have useful customer service on the online chat and phone. I got a text from hual moving my reservation from the store I requested to one 20 mins away. And It wasn't even open! I tried costumer service by phone, the online chat person was less than helpful and the location my reservation never answered the phone. The reservation changed on a Sunday and Monday I called them to confirm there would blankets and now answer, I called two different numbers 4 times. Thankfully Cape Fear Watersports was able to help me out. Also, what is your 100% buy back guarantee? I asked 5 uhaul store to but my brand new unused boxes. The reason I would not recommend is that the back door was not properly secured and when I got to my initial destination I realized I had been driving in heavy traffic with the door wide open and a UHaul Dolly unsecured. If it had slipped out someone could have been killed. Have the attendant check the door before allowing customers to leave.Joy D.
