Pick-up point was not the same as the ordering point which caused some confusion initially. Was told they would be the same and found out ony on the morning I needed the dolly. Turns out a third party was involved who said I could pick-up the dolly 10 miles north of this location. Right hand---left hand????

The owner is truly an asset to your company. My husbands truck wasn't working right with the turn signal and he sent me to someone that fixed. The trailer hooked up and pulled fine. We have a business too and know that customer service is 90% of a business. Please pass this along. Debbie Gilbert Frankfort Ky

I was charged fuel fill up of $30 and $22.50 for EZ fill. I was required to return the truck with 1/4 gas which I did but the owner said that it was at 1/8 only. I can’t believe that. I fill in $10 and noted that is was still below 1/4. And then I added another $5. I noticed that that when the engine is off, it did not right away changed the gas level. But when I turned on the engine, the gas level when up to 1/4. Total miles travel was 49.6miles only. I was disappointed with this. The owner was nice and very polite when I got the truck.

I rent regularly from Uhaul. So I should expect help when I need it. But I received the WORST customer service I have ever had. The dealer I used was great. But the uhaul phone help was no help at all. In fact rude. I rented a trailer that I could not use. You have the same trailer with different type of doors on it. I did not realize that your equipment is not standard. I found a trailer from a different dealer with the correct loading doors. Thought that I could swap it out with them.no big deal I thought. Boy was I wrong. The answer to my problem I was given was return the trailer pay that bill then go rent another trailer. Which means I had to pay for the trailer twice. Is this what you call customer service. If so you receive a big F- as a score from me. As I said the dealer I rented from was great. Your phone customer service is a bad joke. I’m sure this won’t be read or responded to. But I thought that I would send it anyway. If you want to call me my phone number is 918-407-3492. So if you really want my grade for your service it is F-

Please don’t start the truck before we’ve even arrived. It was running for at least 15 minutes while we did paperwork. Im not sure if this is policy but I didnt agree with that.

I was "up sold" a more expensive trailer. Was told that the $14.95 motorcycle trailer did not have a ramp, which I found later that they, indeed, have a ramp. I was told that the location that I was sent to to pick up the trailer sold tie down straps. They didn't. I had to make an extra stop for those. VERY disappointing.
