Dick DWe had to go to four different uhaul locations on the day of pick up because you took away all of the 5x8 trailers the place we ordered from had. That was not fun. But the place we finally rented from was nice.

Seats were comfortable. The 110v outlet was great to have. Truck had plenty of power. Only negative was NO Cruise Control. DL

Crystal AI would not use U-Haul again or refer to a friend. My experience was terrible. No one called the day before. When I called to make sure my truck was there, the location had no trucks. I drone an hour and 45 minutes to get a truck. Regional support “Autumn” told me to go pick the truck up now and it would be ready. I got to Sebring and the truck wasn’t ready. Called U-Haul and they didn’t change the time of pick up and wanted me to pay 80$ to pick it up early. Still with no Dollie’s or pads. It was HORRIBLE. I ended up spending more because my reservation made was not honored. Not away to do business U-Haul.

Richard SThe equipment was pretty banged up; but, it still functioned. The ratchets for the two tire straps were in very poor shape and didn't work well. I wouldn't hold any of this against the location, as they were very easy to work with.
