REORN JONESThe trailer had seen a HUGE amount of service in its day, but performed satisfactorily on my 12 hours of round trip trailering. The pickup and delivery was very smooth , on time and pleasent. The price was quite good, although a quoted price of a one way rental for one day was outrageous as given on the 1-800 number.

Elmer GuinnI made the reservation on Thursday afternoon. I didn't receive a email of confirmation. Had to call Friday morning and found out that it had been sent to weongvemail. Then it was corrected. I get to location to pick up to find out my reservation was in wrong name. Had to call again to get it changed. Then I am informed that the wrong item was Reserved fir me. I was so frustrated. The gentleman at the place was so nice. But I felt like my rental should have been free. I used the 1- 800- number they are trying to go to fast that they don't listen and ask the correct questions. I am so frustrated with U haul .

Michael SorgeAsked for 10am next day return for trailer, was given 10pm same day return. Returned trailer at 9pm same day to same exact spot I had picked it up from, contacted by Uhual next day claiming that trailer had not been returned. Disputed, Uhual contacted location again, trailer in location as I had left it, no one had checked the spot. Then discovered Uhual had already charged my card a 2nd time for my failure to return on time and I am now waiting on a refund.

Dean HillThey lied about renting me equipment, and tried to charge me for items they did not even have. They do not answer your phone calls or correct anything. Horrible place I’ll never rent from them ever again!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would.
Katrina TaylorMy only concern was returning the van. I went to the website, where one were to do an after hour return, and for whatever reason the website crashed and kicked me out. It then asked for the pictures and to redo the steps again but I was long gone from the drop off destination.
Juniel RodriguezThe location was closed when I returned the trailer. The posted directions said to go to the uhaul website. Upon entering the code it would say my session had expired. That happened 3 or 4 times. I finally got to the place that said “share my location” but could not go any farther. I sent pictures and hoped for the best. Later, I did receive an email verifying the return.

The trailer light was out and he was on that side checking lights and we were kn the other side and we didn’t know until we were traveling kn the dark. .Luckily my husband was following me , there was no right turn signal .

Beatrice BensonI suppose the total price was nothing near $29.95 My total was over $90 for five hours and 15 miles in-town. Not worth it. I will not ever rent a vehicle from U haul again, it is not transparent on charges, it is very costly and false advertisement. I will be sure to spread the truth on the lies.
Lisa MillerI did not check ahead and found the location “Out to Linch”. This routine was not indicated on the website and there was no time frame indicated on the sign. I tried the Self Check-In in the app but it only gave me locations 50+ miles away. I called the number on the sign after an hour and he said he would be there in a few minutes and he was. So this survey asks me to rate the locations but to my opinion the UHaul app receives the lowest marks.
Will ConnellDoesn’t open until 10 am, closes early, almost zero uhaul supplies. Owner was nice.

GEORGEELLIOT LAMBERTI didn't appreciate the fact that the gas gauge wasn't correct when I received van. I went 6-8 miles and they charged me $9.50 for fuel. A $2.00 was put in gas before I returned it. Be careful when renting from this location. Nice people but took advantage of me.

TYONNA SOUTHERSI was charged $20 for “after hours drop off” but not given an option to do otherwise. My first reservation was from 10 AM to 10AM Saturday- Sunday. That was changed from another location to this one because they didn’t have the truck. This location insisted I drop the truck back at 9PM. This was done- but please don’t charge me for it. You should be refunding me for screwing up my reservation!!!!

Duane HughesThe lady was really nice but our tow trailer straps were all tangled from the previous user and we could not use them to secure the car we were towing which was a little nerve racking. I’m not blaming her as she probably didn’t realize but the equipment should be checked after each use for things like this.

Dawn LiggettThe new location totally messed up this rental. The check out process took 30 min as the employee was unfamiliar with online rental procedures. I was triple charged 61.00+ per day for a 5x8 trailer which runs 19.95 a day. Even after I told UHaul and the local retailer this was wrong, and was told by UHaul this was the “hold fee” and not the final bill, I was still charged the wrong amount. I have rented from UHaul many times and this was by far the worst experience. CAPT Dale White, US Navy.
