Make sure where to pick up the truck put the address of drop off on the paperwork. Had to call on Sat to figure out which location to drop off at.

Dawn PlylerThe price on renting this last 6X12 trailer was outrageous. I rented the exact same 6X12 trailer at the end of September and I only paid $389.00 . I turned in this last 6x12 trailer at the exact same location in NC as the previous rental. The cost of renting this last 6X12 trailer was $300.00 more ($698.64 - $40.00 for insurance) . Why is the price almost doubled in 30 days? To me this is price gouging. I have rented from U-haul numerous times over the last 15 years. I have always been pleased with the cost and service. I have several other rentals coming up in the future and I will be looking at other alternatives. I would appreciate an answer as to why the price is so much higher.

John KeaslerWe will never rent from U-Haul again! When we rented an auto transport to go from NC to MA, it cost us $300 and change. When we did the reverse trip from MA to NC, it was $1300+!!! The only explanation we received is that the equipment is needed in MA, but not in NC. So we were punished for corporate’s lack of logistical planning. Every person that I talked to at U-Haul agreed that $1300+ was outrageous, but that’s the way it goes. BTW - it was 5 weeks between rentals.

I filled the truck to the gauge level on the dash and was charged an extra seven gallons in my total bill with the explanation that the truck tells the fuel level exactly. If I had know that was a function, I would have filled to that level. Would not recommend.

molly clendeninScheduled drop off was 7am. No ne was on site and their was no available parking. I had to leave the truck perpendicular to the other parked vehicles. I was then asked to take pictures and provide all of the info for checkin. Without a smartphone, this was difficult. As I drove by later in the morning, the first person arrived around 7:30am. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION DUE TO LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!
