Contact phone number out of service. Hard to find place. It didn’t look like a typical U-Haul site but a junk yard. Took an hour to get the checkout done because of glitchy software out of his control.. The guy helping us was considerate and helpful.

Difficult to hook up to the trailer & get it out of the lot. Lots of junk around.
Erica PThe location is pretty remote, and I once again anticipated having to do the on-line drop-off with no one available to accept the return. But a man named Lance approached me in the parking lot, asked if he could assist, and, proceeded to disconnect and accept the trailer return. Again, just as in the pick-up in San Antonio, Lance made the dropoff a piece of cake and was very helpful!
William SEverything was self service here. No service personnel anywhere. Pretty remote location. Think Billings, Mt would have been better option. Again, Panama City folks (via phone) were helpful confirming drop off process and return.
WILLIAM SThe truck interior was covered in cigarette ash and there were used floss picks stuck in the ceiling. It clearly had not been cleaned. One of the headlights was out and thus the truck had to be driven with brights. It was absolutely disgusting.

DAVID CI called all 4 numbers listed on the door. 1 was disconnected,1 voicemail was not set up, 1 said leave a message but I don’t carry this phone and last I did leave a message. He never called me.
