When returning truck we tried 4 times to upload pictures and would not work. It was very frustrating. I hope we do not get charged for this. I will call the office as well to let them know. Everything else was great!

MARK SWhen doing self-check in afterhours this is a 2nd location where I received a GeoLocation Permission Error. I watched the video, took pictures of odometer, license plate, inside driver's cab, rear storage area, and both sides of the van. But could not proceed due to the error. Don EThe U Haul cargo vans are a slipping hazard The bumpers, when wet, cause your feet to give out . I ended up falling because as I was exiting the cargo area of the van I put my foot on the wet bumper my feet slid out from under me and I ended up on my tailbone. Very painful and impacted my ability to move VERY DANGEROUS and something should be done to warn others IMMEDIATELY

There are a bunch of places where we can rent a van from in town, but we only use this location (renting 2-3 times a month) because of the service and the condition of their fleet. Thank you!

Robert KThe vehicle was extremely old. The visors were sticky and dirty. Tape was on the seat. There was a sign saying the floor may get hot with the engine running- made me feel unsafe and glad I wasn’t going very far. I could not move the mirrors to see to drive safely. The engine sounded like it was going to stop or do something every time I pressed on the gas going 35 mph! I rented a moving truck from Home Depot in the summer and it was updated and drove wonderfully. It was hard to turn the key a few times. I would never recommend this place due to the unsafe nature of my experience. I rolled down the window to hear directions to back up and hard a difficult time rolling it back up. The price was decent, but maybe it is because I am a short woman- nothing was easy to use as the driver!

Jason BWhen returning my rental, the office was closed so I had to use the after hours check in process. Unfortunately the locator service on the app was inoperable. I took a photo of the fuel and odometer to confirm the van was returned properly and on time.
