Representative did a great job and very personable. Facility was an old mechanics shop and lot where vehicles stored was not well laid out. Smaller congested space with too many vehicles in a small space.

Mark TraversOnce again the EZ return on the app failed. Just the kind of hassle one wants to deal with after a day of driving and moving. Frustrating waiting 5 minute for a page to load and it never does, plus the concern they are going to charge you extra because you didn't use the app to make a return.

I have already planned to rent another trailer from Carolina Avenue 76 LLC for this week too. Each time I have rented from them they have done a great job. Friendly, courteous, quick, and try their best to help.

Sonya BrewingtonI would like a call back for this rental. I just checked my credit card and I was charged three times for the rental. On 5/20 I was charged $112.07, on 5/23 I was charged $126.35 and on 5/24 $126.35
Everett DuncanUpon returning the uhaul, the man I spoke with said it needed to be at 1/2 a tank but when I first got the uhaul the man I spoke with said make sure the gas level is back where it originally was when u got in, which I did. When returning it the man was very rude and said that all his people were trained professionals and that someone checked the truck before it was given to me. I can 100% testify in court that no one went out and checked that truck along with 2 other witnesses with me who can verify. Also the man who rented it out to me said they would be closed on Sunday and to just turn it in Monday morning which I did, and then the man who I turned the uhaul into charged me an additional $200 , said that was for gas and the extra day I had the truck. I'd like this matter taken care of . It was the worst experience I have ever had.

John MonaghanThe rental process took too long. I had reserved a truck and checked-in online. Arriving at the rental location, I found that their internet was not working and they could not release the truck. It took about 30 minutes before a U-Haul customer service rep could take my information over the phone. Although he had my reservation, I had to repeat a lot of it to him (inefficient). I'd ordered a dolly, furniture pads and a coaster. I heard the owner tell a worker to load those in the truck while on the phone with the rep. When I finished the call, I asked if I was "good to go" and got the affirmative. I should have checked the back of the truck but didn't. Getting gas about 30 miles away, I opened the back and there was no equipment. My partner called the Knightdale U-Haul to see if we could pick up the equipment at that location. They were helpful and said we could. Other than the check-in, the move went fine. By the time I returned the truck, the internet had been restored and the check-out was fine.
