I paid for 12 pads and they didn’t have any accessories. I was sent to another location to pick up the pads and when I got there they were already closed. I ended up going to another U-Haul on W. Walnut in Garland, Tx and the general Manager Richard helped us and got us going on the road. Thank you Richard Castro for going the extra mile for your customers.
