Teri KDon’t charge us for the wrong drop off. Why would we willingly choose to drive it across a state? They said we selected it when we called corporate, were rude and not very understanding of our situation. I will never use this company again.
Jimmy TMy problems are with uhaul in general, NOT the location where I rented from. The people at the rental location were great, friendly and very helpful. On the other hand, Uhaul double charged me. They did the same thing to me last time I rented a trailer. The customer service at uhaul.com is extremely frustrating and no help. I had to repeat myself over and over and over and over and over and over! I finally told them to go back and read what I had already written. They told me I wasn't charged a certain amount and to call my bank. My bank verified that they did in fact charge that amount.

Larry BThe tow dolly had to have the lights fixed before I could pick it up. The guys at the store were great! They got it fixed. It's expensive for U haul to maintain the equipment, and even more expensive to replace it! Every once in a while you get the equipment that needs the junkyard. But usually I haul has good equipment. I rented from their competitor in the yellow trucks and I'll never do it again. I haul keeps up their equipment better than most competitors!

JOE TNothing. I was treated with great respect, courtesy, and great customer service. I was greeted with great friendliness and made to feel at home. The process was the most user-friendly and effective service process I have experienced in a long time. I just told them who I was and they had the number of the equipment and the whole process lasted about 30 seconds from start to finish. They made my return simple while treating me with great respect and politeness. They exceeded all expectations I had about what service should be like.
MORGAN PI was unable to get either a 10 or 15ft truck…I took the 20 ft for the price of ten ft…everything went well…and car quest was terrific
CAROLINE UThere were less expensive vehicles available The websites tend to obfuscate the local locations and the home website sent me to borger not pampa for a pick up that I had to cancel. I will not trust web reservations again in the future.. What you reserve is not what you get then that is a waste of time. I left town late and missed my appointment in Amarillo. I will find alternatives in the future.

Daniel GTrash from the previous user was still in the cab. I don't fault the location, I think those items may have been under the seat and just missed. The Uhaul app is the 'worst' part of the experience. It asks for photos to be sent, but they won't send.
