Peter CoonI had a really big problem with my reservation. It was not in the location it was supposed to be. It made me go out of state where I incurred different fees than I would have at my reserved location, and they would not cover them. Taxes were also not shown on my estimate or confirmation, so my total was $500 more than I was planning on. I also was not able to get help on the phone from customer service. The Blanding location was great, but it was NOT an overall good experience.

marta McDonaldIn the current state of COVID 19, there was no regard to safety among employees (no masks, even while I was in the small office space). I know that Blanding is rural, and masks are not required there (I think they should), but there was a serious outbreak there not too long ago. Also, the door latch was very rusty and sagged slightly while open. But it was clean inside, and trailered smoothly, so I f can't complain. Despite my compaints, I still would recommend the place, as it did meet my needs for a place conveniently located to me.
Steven MooreThe owner answered his phone on a Sunday, to assist me with the rental. I called outside his normal hours and he STILL answered his phone, and got me my tow dolly. I would recommend this location to anyone who will listen.

Eli Beckthe owner who usually takes care of drop-offs and equipment was not there at the time I dropped off the trailer at our appointed time. It work of his who admitted he did not work with U-Haul allowed us to drop the trailer off. He asked us to stand questions as to weather everything worked and if we had any problems. Everything was fine with the trailer. No forms were filled out and no pictures taken but again no issues were encountered with the trailer. I did call the U-Haul national number afterwards to ensure that we were checked in as to dropping off the trailer. Everything should otherwise be fine.

Dawnae AshkiiMy online price quote was $120. I didn't sign up for the extra U-Haul insurance or initial a waiver. Yet, when I stopped to check out my paperwork I'd paid $150. If I'm going to get screwed at least have someone provide me with a kiss so I know I'm not being taken advantage of. :-(
