Why was my card charged for cleaning? The truck wasn’t dirty at all… I also got the truck under a quarter tank, I brought it back a lil under that and was charged $43!!! That’s Insane… I would definitely let the people know how y’all ripped people off

When we came back he was standing on the sidewalk talking to a man in a truck. Said he was closed and was even higher then he was before. Another guy walked up and they went in the store and locked the door.

Russell SI don’t know what is wrong with your Odometer but I did NOT drive 100 miles. This is absurd I don’t how I went 100 miles to my house. This is most definitely not my first time renting a U Haul and drive farther then this and had under 100 miles. I will NEVER rent a truck from this location again or recommend these people.
Rachal MThe app is the worst app I have ever used. When creating account, it sent verification codes to my email without prompting a text box for me to type the code and finish my account registration. The app then crashed and I couldn’t log into my account. It took a half hour of trouble shooting to fix this problem. Furthermore, the app continued to crash when using it to complete online check in. When I finally finished the check-in without the app crashing, I didn’t receive any instructions on how to access the lock box for my vehicle— this delayed my pick up for over an HOUR. I will not be using U-haul or recommending U-haul services in the future

Robert VI reserved a truck at one location but due to availability my reservation was sent to another pick up spot. The new pickup location required that I come in and get the key. There was no one at the business nor anyone at the counter. I was able to call U-Haul and get another truck at a different location. However, that location did not have an extra appliance dolly like I originally requested.

David WI made my initial request two weeks prior to my move date. I requested the Bemiss Rental site at 4800 Bemiss Road. The reasons I used this location was it opened at 8am and was 2 miles from my location. Three days before I was to pick up the vehicle, I was contacted by phone to inform me that the Bemiss location was closed for 2 weeks and that I would have to pick up the vehicle at 217 N. Ashley St which is 4 miles from the Bemiss location. At the time a made the reservation, the U-Haul website did not state the Bemiss location would be closed for 2 weeks and allowed me to make the reservation. I was not informed and did not realize that the Ashley location was not open at 8am. When I arrived at the Ashley location, it was not open. I used the online check in procedure. I did not realize I would be charged a $20 fee for this service. Also, I requested an appliance dolly, but it was not with the vehicle. This was very important to me because I was moving large and heavy appliances. Fortunately, I was able to rent a dolly from a rental store. This morning I received a refund for the dolly charge. Finally, I would like U-Haul to refund the $20 after hours service fee because not only was I redirected to another pick location which was not open at the prearranged pickup time, I was charged $20. Thank you

Kylie DAllow a discount or some kind of account credit for incoming renter when the previous renter failed to leave an adequate amount of gas in the vehicle. Location wise, the truck was not near the store front, navigation was very confusing.
victoria bGlad this location at least had a trailer for rent. Had a reservation at another location for a 26 foot truck. Received a text message stating it wouldn’t be available for pickup until the Tuesday after the original reservation on Saturday. Left me in a pickle!!

I’ll never use a uhaul truck service again, especially from that location Whoever owns it has nothing to do with it, it’s just the whole online process was very annoying. They definitely should have specified certain fees after 5mins

Anthony BThis location literally had no idea what to do , we went to pick up our uhaul and the truck share said that there was an error and we had to go inside , so when we went inside and told the man he knew nothing , he was not able to help us , and he didn’t have a key to the boxes outside or was able to get a password , he also didn’t direct us to the local uhaul representative, we weren’t able to get a hold of him till we drove 20 minutes away to a different uhaul place , that also couldn’t find us a truck , however the local uhaul representative was absolutely amazing and was able to help us out right away , I can’t remember his name but he was awesome

armand mWhen I got the truck there was no gas in it I drove half a mile when the gas light came on.
Alan AThe truck location and lock box were a block away from each other. I had to go back and forth (twice) to confirm truck and retrieve key. Additionally, the pads and appliance dolly I rented were not in the truck upon my arrival. I had to call U-Haul to arrange to get them and then travel 5 miles to pick them up. I was also charged an additional five dollars when I dropped equipment off. *Terrible location and all around bad experience*
Robert HIs there a “zero stars” rating available? not let another customer rent from this location. I would suggest UHaul pull their license from this location immediately. The person in the store was not helpful at all and at one point told me that I had to leave because she could only have 2 people in the store at one time. The location looked like a clothing consignment store that also rented trucks. Protect for name in the industry and do not let another customer rent from this location. Also, I asked for furniture mats and was not given any at this location.

Kenneth SCustomer service was very poor. Unprofessional conduct. Did not stand or encourage communication. Acted like I was inconveniencing him. Chewed chewing gum while I was trying to conduct a conversation. It was hard to understand what he was saying. Had several questions about my invoice. He did not offer any resolution.
