Rubber part of the wheel of the utility dolly was falling off and I asked for another one and they didn’t have one. It was a crucial part needed for my move so I did the best I could with it but it was awful. It does appear it was taken off my bill so that was good.

jennifer hYour app is horrible had issues at both the pick up and drop off of the truck. The climate control in the truck only worked sometimes and when it did it just blew very hot air and I had to keep the window open and this burning more gas. Am I going to rent again no. Terrible experience
