Truck wasn't cleaned from previous users. Did not have appliance dolly that I reserved days in advance. Truck was not the size that I requested. The business location looks to be in a poor condition with stray cats all around the entrance. The lady working there acts like she has no idea as to what she's doing or how to even check over the truck before you get the keys to it. I felt like the whole interior of the business location was filthy and it looks to be an old storage building or something similar.Lonnie S.
There was hardly anywhere to park. I returned it with the same amount of gas as I got it, but they still charged me for the gas and cleaning. It was already cleaned too.Janet L.
The entire process was extremely sketchy. The building used was nasty and smelled like cat urine. There was a child there who we can only assume had a sort of relation to the individual renting the UHaul, who just went around to the bushes and peed in the parking lot. The truck itself was filthy inside of the cab, trash, cigarette ashes, large staples in the cupholders left there by a previous renter. It also stunk terribly of smoke and smelled disgusting the entire trip home even with windows down. The individual renting the UHaul acted almost surprised we were there. Nothing was ready, the truck wasn't selected and prepared for us or anything. Overall a terrible look for the organization and a pretty crappy experience overall.Eveleigh H.

The tow dolly strap was getting jammed up and got to the point where I thought I was going to have to cut it and then it finally broke free this made me be like 2 hours behindDavid P.

The person was conducting other business on the phone when I picked up the trailer and gave me 20% of her time. After having registered online, she still did not know what was going on.I was automatically charged for an extra day and was told the mileage was a little over 400 when online stated was unlimited. I reserved a dozen blankets, but there were none available at pickup. I wasn't real impressed with experience. The next time I will use a different location.Thomas B.
I've been to this location before and the customer service was great! Unfortunately I had to do a self return this time. I would have loved seeing the friendly staff. My only issue was that the drop box seemed to have been busted and so I could not return the key the proper way. Instead I slid the key under the front door of the location. I didn't want to risk someone stealing the key or anything.Hannah M.

Don't tell the customer at another store that this location was closed. I drove 45 minutes to get a reserved truck from Beaver Dam because I was told caneyville was closed and waited a long time just to be told it was in Caneyville and had been which is 15 minutes away. When I had to go back to Beaver Dam because I needed a trailer that was not available I waited over an hour and 45 minutes because no one could figure out how to do the paperwork. I told them I could do it on line myself faster. Then at the other end of my move I was told 2 men were coming from Mobile, a 45 minute drive and again waited hours till they finally showed up. Your 800 number customer service sucks. I called at 730 pm, waited for someone to answer for 25 minutes, then was informed that the office that extends contracts a day is closed, so the operator could not help me, and told me to call back in the morning. I could hear both dogs and children in the background, so I'm sure I just wasted time taking to some flunky. I should charge back 50 bucks off my contract for a stupid charge. Why advertize 24 hour service, if it doesn't exist?Dennis L.

The place was dirty it did not look like a place of business they did not have the equipment that I had ordered the computer system was down the clerk had to call someone else to get me checked in the overall experience was horrible I called Uhaul and one of the representatives hung the phone up on meSherri B.

Disgusting and nasty environment. The store is selling expired old food with trash everywhere on the ground. Not even a computer desk that wasn't completely covered in garbage. Will never use that uhaul place again.Patrick O.

I was moving from Brandenburg Ky, to Missouri, and rented a 26 ft truck from Elizabeth town on the Uhaul website. The day before I was to pick the truck up I get a message that the place I was supposed to pick the truck up at didnt have a truck for me and that I would have pick it up in Caneyville Ky. So The morning I am to pick the truck up I had to drive 1 1/2 hours away to pick the truck up. When I get there the workers showed up 10 minutes late, then another customer showed up after that and she gave them service first. Then the lady goes to give us a truck without even checking it first and we go to do the walk around and I opened the back of the truck up and it's a total mess and stinks to high heaven of roaches, which were all over the truck so I take pictures of it all and told the lady that I would not take the truck because of the conditions. She seemed to get upset because of it. She then gets on the phone with Uhaul to change the contract to a different truck which was much better but still hadn't been cleaned and had dirt in the back. The business building where they are located, (Carter's automotive) was a mess, with boxes of snack foods and candy all over the place. Yhe lady was fairly friendly but she was not in a good mood.James M.

Price was not as previously discussed. Given 2 different prices then told by a Customer Service Rep there would be a credit yet it never appeared and you charged more. Vehicle was cleaner upon delivery than pick up as it had a funky odor to it that I didn't notice until driving it. Will never use your services again nor will I recommend to friends and family.
